Not the best experience

The photos online are a bit deceiving - the rooms are small, but functional. There is a lot of street noise and kitchen is minimally stocked for cooking. The pillows were flat and the beds only had sheets, no blankets. The shower was small also. It was sufficiently clean and the air conditioner worked great. It felt safe and was within easy walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Check in was flexible and easy. I would not stay again.

Appartement bien situé

Très bien situé et pratique pour visiter Florence. Appartement moderne et bien refait, espace optimisé. Il est dommage toutefois que des rideaux n’aient pas été installés dans les deux chambres et que le ménage ne soit pas mieux fait pour laver les murs avec les moustiques écrasés dessus. Le matelas du canapé dans le salon n’est pas de bonne qualité et très fin pour pouvoir dormir correctement, très bien pour les 2 chambres sinon. Il manque différents ustensiles pour cuisiner un peu. Il n’y avait d’ailleurs tout juste que 6 fourchettes, 6 couteaux ect… Très léger pour un appartement pour 6 personnes. Le lave vaisselle n’avait pas de panier pour les couverts, pas simple du coup. La lumière du réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait plus non plus.J’ai prévenu l’agence aussitôt qui m’a confirmé la bonne prise en compte du message mais aucune solution apportée pendant ces différents jours sur les dis fonctionnements.Pour finir avec l’agence qui le gérait, il manquait un jeu de serviettes, ils ne sont jamais venus l’apporter. Expérience mitigée du coup car l’appartement pourrait être très bien.
