Great Location!

We loved this location. Walk out to restaurants and shops. Easy to take transit. It was clean and bright.

Very basic apartment.

Had to reach out to maintenance 2 times, once for noisy AC unit, once for power loss, they responded quickly and satisfactory. Very basic apartment, kitchen towels or at least paper towels would've been useful. No spices, coffee etc.

We were charged an additional city tax when we arrived, with no receipt of payment. And after reviewing our charges, we discovered we had already paid it in our original fee. (We triple checked against our receipt and other reservations we had in the area.) The AC unit in 1 room was Very loud and we did not sleep for the 2 nights we stayed. The bathroom stopper was stuck down and maintenance couldn't come for 24 hours to fix it. My husband and friend ended up doing it. There were no kitchen towels, fabric or paper. It was clean and in close proximity to what we wanted to see, but we would not recommend it or stay there again.

Great place but lack of support

The apartment itself was great, AC in all the rooms, very clean and spacious. Location was nice and near places BUT the listing didn’t indicate that it’s on the 2nd floor with two steep staircases. Also the address is wrong. Got lost from the address given so the person who was checking us in gave us a different address that we can put in google map then finally found it. Nice surprise there was a washer (not listed again) so it would have been great to know for packing purposes. The power went out the 2nd day in the morning, contacted the person who let us in about it at 9am and we get back from exploring around 2pm and power is still out. Contacted the person again and tried to do what is suggested and still no power. Then hubby had to call someone to get help and finally got fixed. Host didn’t help at all and we didn’t have power for a good while and it was a hot day. This is a great place but be aware you are literally left on your own to deal with stuff that has to do with the apartment even if it’s bad.

Pour être parfait il manquait un torchon, une cafetière une bouilloire micro-ondes C est petits détails qui auraient permis une meilleure note Il manquait aussi quelques pastilles pour le lave vaisselle, franchement la plupart des locataires arrivent par avion et c est petits détails sont important !!!
