Air-conditioned villa rental in Porto-Vecchio - 2 bedrooms - Accommodates up to 4 people. Surface area of approximately 70m2. Just a 3-minute drive from Santa-Giulia beach and 5 minutes from Palombaggia beach. Enjoy the outdoor terrace shaded by olive trees and the individual stone barbecue. The living area is equipped with a television. WIFI free . Fully equipped kitchen with a new dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Cookware, utensils, and dishes provided, as well as a new ceramic hob for cooking.

Laundry room with a washing machine, ironing equipment (iron and ironing board), and cleaning products. Air-conditioned bedroom upstairs with a panoramic terrace and a 140 cm bed. Second smaller bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 cm bed and 2 sofa beds in the living room. Air conditioning on both floors. Our property consists of 4 semi-detached villas.

Supermarkets, restaurants, and pizzerias within a kilometer. Figari airport is 25 km away. Free on-site parking. Quiet and privileged location to enjoy the most beautiful beaches of Porto Vecchio without traffic congestion. Bonifacio can be reached in 30 minutes.

Santa Giulia Beach in the Bay of Santa Giulia, with a nautical club offering numerous activities. Ideal for children with its gentle slope, turquoise water, and fine sand. Just a 5-minute drive away.
Palombaggia Beach, ranked among the most beautiful in Europe, with pink porphyry rocks and umbrella pine trees. Shallow water for several meters. To the south, Tamaricciu Beach.

A Perfect Corsican Mini Villa

Chris’s place was perfect for our short break in southern Corsica. Everything was as described. We were just one couple and chose to use the upstairs bedroom which has a small balcony and great views. There is a second bedroom on the ground floor. The built in bbq on the terrace works well. Chris was a great host and as the place is a little difficult to find he arranged to meet us and escorted us the last 200 metres!

Petite maison mitoyenne très confortable et fonctionnelle, avec un super barbecue sur la terrasse ! Situé dans le calme et près de la nature, à quelques minutes de Porto Vecchio et de ses plus belles plages ! On évite ainsi les bouchons pour s’y rendre. Supermarchés et restaurants sont aussi tout proches. Merci à Valérie et Christian pour l‘accueil et les belles vacances. Petite maison agréable et fonctionnelle, il ne manque rien! Situé dans le calme et a 10 minutes de Porto Vecchio est ces plus belles plages ! Tout et a côté. Valerie et Christian sont accueillant et disponible. Il nous on indiqué toutes les bonnes adresses on c’est vraiment régaler. On ne peut que recommandé ce petit coin de paradis ! Nettes Appartement und gute Betreuung

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes und gepflegtes Appartement. Tolle Terrasse. Christian, der Besitzer, ist bemüht, alles für den gelungenen Aufenthalt bereitzustellen (sogar Tabs für die Spülmaschine waren da). Gut zu wissen: Um zu den Stränden und Strandzugängen zu kommen, braucht man ein Auto.

La maison est à l'écart de Porto Vecchio et des plages. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller faire les courses, mais on est bien au calme et dans la nature, c'est appréciable. Bon accueil du propriétaire.

Charmant en aangenaam

Zeer leuke plek vlakbij de stranden. Wel geen WIFI zoals aangegeven was in de advertentie en ook meestal geen 4G bereik. Bovenop de huur moest ik ter plaatse extra betalen voor de schoonmaak. Dit had ik ook graag geweten vooraf. Verder was alles perfect.

Als je de huisregels had gelezen die je bij de boeking hebt ondertekend, had je gezien dat de schoonmaak bij aankomst ter plaatse dient te worden betaald zoals aangegeven.

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour, les propriétaires sont très sympathique. La maison est très confortable et tout est a disposition ( lave vaisselle, machine à laver, clim, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, un barbecue, etc) La maison est très bien situé à quelques minutes en voiture des plages de palombagia, santa gulia, etc. Un séjour plus que parfait ...

Super séjour en Corse

Super séjour dans une des maisons louées par Christian aux alentours de Porto-Vecchio. Les points positifs sont nombreux, la proximité du lieu avec les plus belles plages du coin, la tranquillité des alentours, la beauté des paysages... Et en plus de tout cela, Christian a été parfait, de l’accueil jusqu’à notre départ. Un hôte sympathique et agréable, que je recommande fortement ! Merci encore Christian.
