WINTER RENTALS INCLUDE 50 EUROS ELECTRICITY/GAS IF USED SENSIBLY THIS IS MORE THAN ENOUGH, ANYTHING OVER AND ABOVE IS CHARGEABLE TO CLIENT . SHOULD YOU REQUIRE ONE FURTHER BEDROOM THIS CAN BE BOOKED AT AN EXTRA CHARGE.
24C Rua do Poco is a Wonderful ground floor beach apartment certainly takes pride of place overlooking the beach and open sea with stunning views of the Black Rock. Adjacent to the Zazu beach restaurant and Tapas restaurant. One can walk to all local amenities in a matter of a few minutes, therefore car hire is not necessary.
The accommodation having four bedrooms will sleep 6 adults + 2 children or 7 adults.
The apartment looks out over a large paved garden, interspersed with flower borders and having its own private kidney shaped pool with ladder steps (shallow end 90cm, deep end 145cm and length is 565cm, width 275cm). For those with children, one can literally stand by the wall at the bottom of the garden which overlooks the beach and watch the family in the sea!! A BBQ is provided.
There is a good selection of outside furniture providing more than adequate sunbathing, al-fresco dining and relaxation for up to 8 people.
The accommodation is entered via the front door into a long hallway off which are 2 bedrooms (one twin and one double) . One of the bedrooms has a shower room (shower/wc/basin) There is one further full bathroom. The third bedroom with a bit larger than a three quarter bed is fairly small making it more suitable for "one" adult or "two children"
Bedroom 4 (master bedroom) has a double bed and patio doors out to the sun terrace and has a shower room en-suite.
The modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, full cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave plus all usual utensils needed for your party.
The well furnished lounge has comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, Internet driven TV (limited channels), DVD/Hi Fi . From the lounge there are patio doors leading to the large well equipped sun terrace.
THIS PROPERTY IS ONLY RENTED AS A 2 BED (for up to 4 people including all children) 1 NOV 2023 - 31 MARCH 2024
For winter months the apartment has electric radiators (an allowance of 60 euros is included but anything over and above has to be paid for my client (METER WILL BE READ).

Amazing stay here the villa was nice and clean, the views are Amazing!! The kids absolutely loved it no need to hire car as everything is on doorstep too which is a bonus overall a fantastic stay here would definitely return in the future x
Perfect property- swimming pool and location. The villa was very well equipped and plenty of room for the 7 of us. The outside area with pool had an amazing view of the beach. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing week and an amazing property! The apartment did not disappoint at all- fantastic location with a stunning view. The home was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Everything was very neat and tidy. The host was also always available for any questions we had while staying here. We would definitely recommend this home and plan to rent with this host again.

A beautiful villa, ideal location! We were the envy of the neighbouring villas who requested how to book it! Praia da Luz is a great place to stay with teens and adults, lovely restaurants and bars. The beach is lovely and sitting on the balcony at night listening to the waves added to a relaxing break. The villa was cleaned twice whilst we were there. Communication with the management team was excellent and helped with our transfers to and from Faro. The pool was just right to cool down, we renamed it the plunge pool. Highly recommend! 5 stars all the way
