The Casale, covering an area of 170 square meters, comprises three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a magnificent loggia with panoramic views of the surrounding valley. The property is nestled in greenery on a 3-hectare plot, enriched with olive and fruit trees, where you'll find a splendid 14 by 7-meter swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels. Adjacent to the structure is a gazebo with equipped kitchen, fridge, and barbecue, perfect for spending convivial moments outdoors, sipping on fine Tuscan wine and local delicacies, while admiring the stunning summer sunsets. Upon request, it's also possible to book an additional spacious bedroom located on the ground floor with private bathroom and independent entrance.

What an amazing property!

Everything was just perfect. Very nice view, cool rooms, amazing pool and just space and silence. It has enough space for the car. The contact was friendly and helpful. Supermarket within 15 minutes by car. Hopefully we will back in future holidays. Thanks!

Perfect location for a week with friends

We were a group of 6 friends and stayed for a week. The property is very large and well maintained. The view is gorgeous and we couldn't get enough of the sunsets at dinner. The pool is relatively large (about 7x14m) and perfect for cooling off on hot days. The accommodation stands alone on a hill, so you have absolute privacy. The house has everything you need to live and we didn't lack anything. All rooms were very clean. We would come back any time and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Wonderful region

We had a wonderful stay of two weeks in this villa situated near Bibbiena. First time in Italy, we had the pleasure to discover the main towns of Tuscany from Firenze to Arezzo and Sienna. The villa is situated in a great property with a big swimming pool. If you have chance like us, you will observe some wild life like doe, rabbit or… porcupine ! Thanks a lot to Tiziana and Giacomo that have been always available when we had questions. It was a pleasure to meet them !

Amazing holiday 10/10

Can’t praise this property enough. Everything is mint condition, well equipped and nothing missing. Even built in mosquito nets in all windows. Outdoor kitchen was still work in progress but no big deal as there was anyway the downstairs kitchen just a couple of steps away so no problems to prep meals and snacks to enjoy in the pergola while taking in the views. Large and deep pool was just perfect in the heat and plenty space for loungers. Wonderful owners and great communication throughout the stay. Would absolutely book here again, thank you!

Beautiful vacation home

We spend 10 days in this beautiful villa as a group of six friends and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The property is absolutely stunning and very private and on expansive grounds. The view is to die for and we enjoyed it both from the shaded outside table and from the pool. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom and we had acces to two kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the sleeping level. The whole property is very well kept. The region is very beautiful but not overrun by tourists. We especially enjoyed our visit to arezzo and the monthly antiques market there. The hosts were very helpful and always available if there were any problems, but we didn't have to contact them during our stay. We all spend a lovely time here and would recommend both the area and this beautiful house! Especially if you travel with more people/family.

Die Ferienwohnung bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten 2 große 1 kleineres Schlafzimmer 3 barrierefreie Bäder en Suite 3 Küchen davon eine Outdoor richtig klasse Der Pool ist von angenehmer Größe etwas fussläufig erreichbar Die Pool Reinigung wurde sehr gewissenhaft und regelmäßig erledigt Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut und das Internet Problem wurde zügig von einem sehr kompetenten und freundlichem Elektriker behoben

Séjour magnifique et reposant

Nous avons profité pleinement de cette demeure splendide avec un parc immense autour de la maison. La piscine très agréable aussi, mais surtout le calme environnant permet de se reposer au mieux. Malgré la canicule, la maison garde la fraicheur. Visite de la région et les Italiens toujours aussi gentils et sympathiques... Nous reviendrons
