1 bedroom villa, with private pool and barbecue, Pollensa

Villa Ignaci is the perfect refuge of privacy and tranquillity for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. Outside, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool with mountain views, prepare meals on the barbecue and enjoy the terrace. The interior area is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, as well as air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. Although the villa is in a quiet area, the colourful city of Alcudia and its various gastronomic and entertainment options are just 10 minutes by car, and the beautiful Alcudia beach is also 10 minutes away.

Please note that air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Polenca villa

Villa is small but perfect for two. Pool was ideal as the weather was exceptionally hot. Car is needed but a supermaket at Polenca is only a few miles away.

Villa in Peaceful location

The location of the villa is down a hidden country track but the reward at the end is a beautiful tiny villa with some lovely open countryside views. The property is small but perfect for just 2 and my only criticism is about the lack of any form of broom or dust pan and brush to keep the villa floors and outside patio clean. Excellent position as far as distances are concerned as you have old town pollenca , Puerto Pollenca & Alcudia within a few minutes drive. None of these would be walkable.
