5 bedroom villa, with private pool and BBQ, Puerto Pollensa

Villa Carla is located in the surroundings of Siller, Puerto Pollensa, with views of the neighbouring countryside and the Tramuntana mountains. Puerto Pollensa has a beautiful sandy beach and a wide variety of seafront restaurants. The beautiful and authentic town of Pollensa is also easily accessible by car. This impressive 5-bedroom villa features a large private pool and vibrant gardens, with a traditional and homely interior. It includes air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and Wi-Fi.



You will have a private car park for your rental cars at the entrance, with the garden and swimming pool at the front of Villa Carla.



The lounge and dining room combined have comfortable seating, a flat-screen television, an ornamental marble fireplace and a table and chairs for 10 people. The dining room patio doors open onto the terrace with barbecue, where there is also access to the laundry room.



Next to the living room there is a well-equipped kitchen and pantry, which has all modern conveniences and a table and chairs for breakfast. The kitchen has a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.



On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. On the upper floor there is another double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and private solarium with mountain views. The 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds share a bathroom with a separate shower. The 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds at the front of the villa also share a terrace with views of the pool and gardens.



Villa Carla has very pleasant gardens with ample space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The large private pool is surrounded by attractive flowers and trees with a short path leading to the outdoor dining area. The partially covered terrace provides shade for the table and chairs for comfortable outdoor dining, and the brick barbecue is located next to the villa.



Villa Carla can accommodate up to 10 people. (Travel cots and high chairs are available FREE of charge upon request).



Free air conditioning from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00



Information to bear in mind:



In case of loss of keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge will be applied during office hours and a higher charge outside those hours. New keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee will be applied for waste management.



Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
