Villa L'Auba is in a great secluded countryside setting, yet only a short drive from the beach and restaurants along the walk of Puerto Pollensa. You'll also have good links to Pollensa Old Town, a short drive away.
This charming 4 bedroom villa has a spacious lawned garden with views of the nearby hilltops from the poolside. Inside, villa has traditional decor including tiled floors, beamed ceilings. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.
A private path from the road into Puerto Pollensa leads to the villa's parking area. The main entrance is at the front of the house.
The open plan lounge and dining room has a table and chairs for 8 people, as well as comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. The living has patio doors opening onto the gardens.
Kitchen is adjacent, and is spacious, fully equipped and even has a small breakfast table. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. A small utility room can be found along the hall, with access to the parking area.
Villa L'Auba has 4 bedrooms. The first double bedroom has an en suite shower room and overlooks the swimming pool. The twin bedroom also has an en suite shower room, with views over the surrounding countryside. The second double bedroom is at the front of the house, and shares a separate shower room with the remaining twin bedroom, which also has access to the garden. Each bedroom is fresh and airy, and has plenty of storage space.
The villa's best feature is its exterior space, with a private swimming pool, garden and alfresco eating area. Villa L'Auba has a large lawn with plenty of space to sunbathe. The surrounding hillside can also be seen between the trees. The traditional-style BBQ is at the side of the house and there is a table and chairs on the covered terrace. Plus, overlooking the pool is a small, shaded chill out area with comfy seating
