The lovely house, built in Majorcan style, is quietly located in an exclusive residential area of Can Picafort. Suitable for 6 adults and 2 small children. Pool, lawn, 6 chairs, BBQ, 3 terraces, outside lounge, satellite TV, WiFi, additional outdoor kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 children's room. Absolutely children's friendly; cots and chairs, even strollers and car seats available. Solid wimming pool fance available (installed on request). This private home is well divided and luxuriously furnished.
The house has oil central heating as well as a fireside and is therefore suitable for winter or long term rental as well.

Disappointing Stay with Privacy Concerns

The house itself was nice, but unfortunately, it didn't meet our cleanliness standards. While it was equipped with a lot of useful items like cookware, floaties, and plenty of cutlery and plates, there were several issues that detracted from our experience. The towels had an unpleasant smell, all the toilets had black stains, and the blankets provided were small and flimsy. What was most concerning, however, was the property manager's behavior. While my family and I were cooking and chatting, he entered the property unannounced, without knocking, and just opened the door. This felt very weird and invasive. He then demanded 300 euros for a cleaning fee, which I questioned. After contacting VRBO, I was assured that no such charges should be made. Despite this, I was asked again about the payment at checkout today. Overall, our stay was disappointing, especially due to the lack of privacy and the unwarranted demand for additional payment.

Nice place to stay....

We had a fantastic holiday in Can Picafort. The house are placed, with 400 m. to the nearest supermarket, approx. 1000 m. to the beach and town. The house are really nice, with nice bedrooms (4) with aircon, and we needed the aircon ;-). The kitchen and bathrooms were nice and clean, thank you. We had some issue with smell from the drain/sewer in the master bedroom, something is wrong, it was a really bad smell. But we had the garage door open and that help with the smelling. It is the first time, the pictures do not match reality; 1; Lounge area - furniture's not as fine as in picture and curtains (were missing) 2: The outdoor shower, were almost incompetent. We did rent the house for 14 days, and the pool guy did not clean it, in the 14 days. The pool was dirty in the second week and missing water/chlorine. Just an issue for us, as in the house rules it was not aloud to barbecue from June to September, so vi missed an alternative as a electric grill/gas grill. It would match great in the lovely outdoor dinning area. And we love to barbecue, so we really missed it. But in the end after 14 days, we must say - we had a lovely time at the house, but small things to change and it would have been perfect. Thanks Peter - a really nice house you have.

Traumhaftes Haus im spanischem Stil

Das Haus verfĂŒgt unten ĂŒber ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Wohn, Essbereich und KĂŒche.Unten befindet sich weiterhin ein GĂ€ste WC und ein Schlafzimmer mit integriertem Badezimer.In der oberen Etage befindet sich ein Doppelzimmer ohne Balkon und zwei Doppelzimmer mit je einem Balkon und einem gemeinsamen Badezimmer.Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 3 Terrassen.Vom Wohnbereich die ĂŒberdachte Terrasse zum Pool mit schönen Gartensofas.Zur KĂŒche befindet sich die 2.Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und gemĂŒtlichen Gartensesseln.Auf der 3.Terrasse befindet sich ein weiterer Tisch und der Holzkohleoutdoorgrill.Auch gibt es auf dem Rasen mehrere Liegen zum Sonnen und eine Aussendusche.Das ganze Haus ist ringsherum gut eingezĂ€unt, sodass unser kleiner Hund nicht herauslaufen konnte.Die Beiden Ansprechpartner(Corinna &Joachim) konnten wir ĂŒber whats app schnell erreichen und die Übergabe der SchlĂŒssel hat super geklappt.Wir 6 VerstĂ€rkung ( Hund) haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und bedanken uns fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt.

Das Haus liegt nur wenige Minuten von allem wichtigen entfernt; man oan muss aber nicht ein Auto nutzen; das Haus hat eine schöne Aufteilung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat so ziemlich alles was man braucht, und fĂŒr alle Alterklassen; die zwei Patios laden zum verweilen ein und der Pool ist eine Ruheoase; wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich fenossen und schliessen nicht aus die Erfahrung zu wiederholen

Wonderful week in a beautiful villa

We had a wonderful week in this lovely villa on the outskirts of town. The villa itself was spacious and well equipped. The pool was really lovely and the hosts very kindly put a fence up around the pool for safety with two toddlers. Under an hour from the airport and close to some beautiful old towns. A great base for a real mix of relaxation and sight-seeing. Corinna was super helpful, easily contactable and made our arrival very easy. Thank you for such a relaxing time!

Traumhaus in Can Picafort

Ein wirklich tolles Haus auf Mallorca. Pool, Garten und AußenkĂŒche waren der Hammer. Kommunikation und Hilfe vor Ort war einwandfrei. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Spielsachen und Pool Equipment vorhanden und alles was man braucht. Tolle Sitzgelegenheiten ums Haus, ruhig gelegen aber dennoch ist man in zehn Minuten in der Stadt und am Strand. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Super schöne Finca

Sehr schöne Finca mit allem was man braucht! Wir waren zu 5. und hatten genug Platz! Mehr als 6 Personen sollten es aber nicht sein, weil die Ausstattung dafĂŒr nicht vorhanden ist. Sehr unkompliziert alles! Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen :-)

Es war sehr schön im Haus , jedoch bedarf es einiger Reparaturarbeiten. Beim Benutzen des Herdes mĂŒsste ein Helm bereit gestellt werden, da man sich an der Dunstabzugshaube jedesmal den Kopf verletzt

Wunderbarer Sommerurlaub

Wir waren dieses Jahr das 2te mal schon in der Traumvilla in Can Picafort. WĂŒrde es jedem empfehlen. Wir haben uns wieder total wohl gefĂŒhlt. Ganz tolle Betreuung durch den Besitzer des Hauses sowie vor Ort. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Wunderbar fĂŒr unseren Familienurlaub

Zu unserer Reisezeit (17.7. - 26.7.23) war es sehr heiss und schwĂŒl. Umso mehr haben wir das schöne Ferienhaus mit seinen tollen schattigen AussensitzplĂ€tzen und dem Pool genossen. Unternehmungen und AusflĂŒge haben wir in die Morgen- und Abendstunden geschoben. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort zahlreich und mit dem spanischen Supermarkt sind wir gut gefahren. Die KĂŒche im Haus bietet alles um sich selbst zu versorgen und fĂŒr die Familie zu kochen. Restaurants sind ebenfalls fusslĂ€ufig und zahlreich vorhanden. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und Joachim, der Hausverwalter, war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

„ Traumhaus „

Unsere Familie war schon mehrere Male in einem Ferienhaus auf Mallorca und konnten Erfahrungen sammeln. Das angebotene Traumhaus hat uns sehr enttĂ€uscht da das Preis LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis nicht stimmte. Hier einige Beispiele an MĂ€ngeln: Ein von 2 Sonnenschirmen total defekt Fliegen MĂŒckenschutz an den Fenstern defekt Keine Aussen und Poolbeleuchtung defekt Sicherungen fliegen bei BetĂ€tigung von Lichtschaltern Eisentorklinke defekt fĂ€llt immer ab Sonnenliegen sehr unbequem und alt nicht wie auf Homepage ersichtlich TĂ€gliche Ameiseninvasion im Flur und Treppenhaus die wir bekĂ€mpfen mussten Keinerlei Poolpflege innert 2 Wochen grĂŒn bei unseren letzten HĂ€user alle 2 Tage kam der Poolreiniger Auf Homepage wird eine AussenkĂŒche mit Grill gezeigt aber laut Hausordnung ist grillieren im Sommer verboten wie passt das zusammen. Dies sind nur einige Beispiele!

Great home, good location

House served our 2 families well (3 in each family, older teenager in each family). Good location - 10-15 mins walk to grocery store, 15-20 mins walk to beach/stores/attractions. Can Picafort is a tourist town. We did not rent a car while there but wish we had so that we could have explored other areas more easily w/o additional taxi fees. On-site host was helpful. House was clean, meal prep at the house well served by a good kitchen, nice to have laundry on-site. The pool was a nice respite from the sun and beach crowds. Need to pay cleaning costs (in addition to advertised fees) at time of arrival - unexpected but informed of after booking rental. Overall a good experience, would stay at this location again.

Okay aber es brÀuchte eine Renovierung

Die Unterkunft ist wie im Inserat beschrieben aber die Sauberkeit lĂ€sst wirklich zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Im Untergeschoss ist es muffig und teilweise sind die Dinge angerostet und so defekt, dass sich meine Tochter verletzt hat. Auch wenn die Vermieter nicht viel dafĂŒr können aber ein Teil vom Garten ist ein reines Katzenklo und so riecht es auch. Schade, man könnte mehr draus machen.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Schönes Haus mit tollem mediterranen Flair. Ganz super fanden wir die extra aufgebaute Pool Umrandung (Kinderschutz) und der tolle Grillplatz. Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit dort. Einziges Manko war fĂŒr uns das nur die beiden Schlafzimmer mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind. Ebenso gab es ein paar Kleinigkeiten die getauscht beziehungsweise erneuert werden sollten.

Urlaub Mallorca

Ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen empfehlen. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, Einkaufszentrum und Meer höchstens 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und der Vermieter war ohne Probleme immer zu erreichen. Auch einen herzlichen Dank an Rent a Car die zusammen mit der Verwaltung des Hauses arbeiten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Einfach nur WohlfĂŒhlurlaub

Wir haben in diesem traumhaften Haus 15 wunderschöne Urlaubstage verbringen dĂŒrfen. Es fehlt an nichts, es ist alles vorhanden, um einen schönen, individuellen Urlaub zu verbringen. Möchte man etwas Trubel, sind es keine 10 Gehminuten um das touristische Zentrum Can Picaforts oder den Strand zu erreichen. Möchte man Ruhe, so genießt man das schöne GrundstĂŒck und den herrlichen Pool - ganz fĂŒr sich allein, das ist einfach nur Klasse. Wenn doch mal etwas ein sollte, ist der Verwalter immer erreichbar und kĂŒmmert sich um das jeweilige Anliegen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr angenehm - vielen Dank Herr Hunziker.
