The apartment with separate private entrance is rated 4* and has two rooms with 5 beds in total (plus baby cot on request), each room has a separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a dishwasher. Air-conditioning in every room, washing machine, unlimited internet access. Finally, you will find a balcony with a Lotus grill and a cosy bench, as well as a charming roof terrace with an sunbrella and an outdoor living room and last but not least, sea view with an amazing sunset.

BIKERS PARADISE
Brtonigla is located in the heart of bikers paradise. There are several bike routes for road bikers as well as numerous trails for trekking/mountain biking. Biking through the nature and picturesque landscape of vineyards and olive trees you can find routes of all difficulties, suitable for everyone - family biking as well as professional bikers. Brtonigla is a perfect starting point to reach Grožnjan, Motovun, Umag, Poreč and all other villages and top restaurants.
You don't have to worry for the safety of your bike. We have a FREE BIKE ROOM!

We are experienced sailors with sports background so we can take you to an unforgettable day trip or organise a sailing course for the whole family/group.

TOP CULINARY EXPERIENCE
Brtonigla is a lovely town with several great restaurants and world known wine cellars in the middle of wine yards and olive trees. There are couple of convenient shops in the centre, and the best is you can buy home grown veggies, fruits, wine and olive oil directly from nearby farmers.

In the center of Brtonigla you have a great bakery (they bake everything themselves), a butcher with excellent meat, and near buy there are several top quality wine cellars. Within 10 min drive you have supermarkets, fish and vegetables markets.

10 MIN FROM THE SEA AND OTHER ATTRACTIONS
You can enjoy the sea view from the terrace and the beaches are 10min away, for children there is also an amazing aquapark Istralandia, as well as many great parks and fun places to enjoy. All other istrian top locations are 15-25 min away (Motovun, Groznjan, Poreč... and 40 min to Rovinj).

Schönes Haus etwas abseits vom ganzen Tourismus

Das Haus befindet sich in einem kleinen schönen Ort, nahe der slowenischen Grenze. Im Ort selbst ist alles vorhanden was man für den alltäglichen Bedarf braucht. Bis zum Meer sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto und auch alle anderen Ausflüge sind von dem Ort aus gut zu erreichen. Zum Haus selbst, zur Anreise war wie zu erwarten alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus hat eine super Aussicht auf das Meer ( das wir beim Abendessen gerne genossen haben ), auch eine Klimaanlage befindet sich in jedem Zimmer ( in einem Zimmer ist noch eine recht alte die sehr laut ist :( ) . Ansonsten ist auch in dem Haus alles da was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, auch ein Grill der leider nur leihweise (Gebühr) ist und man sich schon zur Ankunft entscheiden muss. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos, auf Wünsche zur An- und Abreise ist man eingegangen. Uns hat es in dem Haus / Ort gefallen und auch die lokalen Tipps vom Vermieter waren super. Wir würden wiederkommen.
