A/C: When exiting the unit, kindly turn off the A/C, as well when having the sliding glass doors open. We are an Eco-friendly housing condominium

BATHROOM TISSUES: Ladies feminine items & all other, please utilize the waste basket

WASTE BASKETS: Please place all Coffee Grinds, Cooking Oil and or any other waste, in provided Garbage cans

CHECK OUT TIMES: As a friendly reminder, check in time is: 2PM / Check Out time: 10AM

CLEANERS: Stove cleaner is provided; please utilize these products they are non-abrasive

WASHER/DRYER: each unit comes equipped with a Washer and Dryer; please remove any dryer lint to prevent a potential fire

JACUZZI: kindly wipe down after usage with a soft towel to prevent staining

WOOD FLOORING: Any water spills needs to be dried up right away to avoid staining and extensive damage

POOL AREA: we offer 3 infinity pools at our facility, all children under 10 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult of 18 years of age and or older, NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, Please Swim with Caution.

GUEST: If having Guest over, please have them park along the driveway, parking garage are Only for Condo tenants and Vacation Rentals. NO OVERNIGHT GUEST ALLOWED

PARKING: Designated Parking for Vacation Rentals and Tenants is indicated by the last 2 digits of the Unit number: (i.e. 12223 park #23)

GARBAGE: Large garbage cans/barrels are located at the beginning of the building

This is a beautiful condo!

The condo has all of the amenities you require to have a peaceful respite. 25 minutes to Nueve Arenal for restauants but worth the trio.

We have stayed at this location twice (once with kids and once without. Both times the accommodations have been clean. The view is beautiful. Lots of bird watching. The grounds are kept tidy. Having a washing machine is a huge bonus just to reset. The shower was cooler this (second) time but I'm sure if we asked they could have turned up the water heater for us. But we only stayed one night this time so didn't bother asking. Great for both short and long stays.

Beautiful views

Nice penthouse but not very well equipped, limited kitchen cookware, lack of comfortable outside furniture. Misleading, it's a one bedroom with an extra bed in the loft. Pool had two lounge chairs, hot tub was empty. Very windy location.

Beautiful Condo, Not the best location

We recently stayed at this condo on the west side of Lake Arenal. The map shows the location much closer to La Fortuna, but in reality it is closer to an hour an one half (90 minutes) away from La Fortuna and the volcano. In addition, the description is misleading as it is only has one bedroom. The other is a loft, which is open to the rooms downstairs. The website also indicates it sleeps 6. There are 2 queen beds and one, small futon, which wasn't even big enough to sleep two of my children. We ended up having to have one child sleep on the couch, which was okay, but we had to request additional bedding to accommodate. I'd recommend this place if you don't mind the location and don't need to sleep more than 4 comfortably. It was very clean and had wonderful views of the lake and volcano, but it's just too far from any of the recreational spots.
