Arcachon a Jewel

The property was excellent. Very close to train station to Bordeaux. And easy driving to surrounding area. If you like the sea , food ,wine and boating , this is the place to stay. The hosts are great and were informative. Thank you J.P and Sylvia

Excellent séjour dans un coin remarquable

Mon amie et moi avons passé un super séjour. La maison est bien placée, elle est bien protégée du fait d'un portail fermé, l'intérieur est parfait pour 2 personnes, rien ne manque, propreté impécable. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse pour nos petits déjeuners.Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, gentils et à l'écoute, nous avons aussi très apprecié la visite de leur petite chatte tricolore Cookie. Le gîte est très bien placé, dans un quartier calme. Beaucoup de choses a visiter a proximité. Ne pas manquer une balade sur le bassin d'Arcachon avec une embarcation vous emmenant aux cabanes tchanquées et au village Canon. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans aucune hésitation.

Très bon séjour tout y est parfait maison impeccable, accueil et gentillesse des propriétaires.Quartier tranquille, terrasse très agréable sans aucun vis à vis. Beaucoup de choses a visiter a proximité. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

kleine Unterkunft in guter Lage

Lage und Objekt eigentlich gut. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten (speziell auch für Kinder) und guter Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen in der Umgebung. Bei unserer Anreise war das Objekt allerdings nicht in dem hier beschriebenen sauberen Zustand :-( Offenbar wurden nur die Laufwege gewischt und die Betten frisch bezogen. In den Ecken und unter der Toilette waren noch Verunreinigungen, das Duschbad weist diverse Schimmelflecken auf, Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig in den Schränken, sicherlich den Vorbesitzer geschuldet, dennoch nicht angenehm und wenn eine Endreinigung in Rechnung gestellt wird, hätten wir eine Kontrolle erwartet. Internet mit Empfangsproblemen. Objektgröße und Gestaltung für 2 Personen optimal, Schlafbereich ist offen gestaltet. Ausstattung gut und umfangreich.

Bonjour Wir sind sehr erstaunt diese Kritik zu lesen , es ist übrigens die erste Unsere portugiesische Putzfrau ist stets bedacht alles mehr als gründlich zu reinigen und ich konnte bei meiner abschließenden „Inspektion „auch sehen dass das gesamte Cottage geputzt war ! Die wenigen Stockflecken in der Dusche reinigen wir wenn ein Tag zwischen den Vermietungen liegt , das war zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht möglich, unsaubere Teller kann ich mir auch nicht erklären da sie in der Spülmaschine gereinigt werden und das von allen Feriengästen Dieser Kommentar ist umso erstaunlicher da Andreas und seine Frau anscheinend noch nie etwas vom Mülltrennung gehört haben und trotz ausdrücklichen Hinweis nur 2 Plastikflaschen in die gelbe Tonne gelegt haben , diese ist in F für Plastik und Papier, in der Restmüll Tonne fanden wir Pizzakartons und vor allem Grillasche, Zigarettenstummel etc alles ohne in einem Beutel zu entsorgen hinein geworfen ! Erstaunlich für deutsche Feriengäste … Internet ist am Meer immer ein wenig schwankend , besonders nach einem Gewitter Wir sind im Moment in Holland und haben auch ohne WLAN Internet Zugang , vielleicht sollte man hier auch mal der Anbieter und sein Forfait überprüfen!

Ruhiges, zentrales Feriencottage

Ob zu Fuß, mit dem Rad ,dem Zug oder Auto, man ist schnell in Arcachon, La Teste de Buch, Gujan Mestras, Bordeaux,Cap Ferret und so wurde unser Urlaub sehr vielseitig. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns Tipps gegeben und waren bei Fragen immer ansprechbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Bonne location très bon accueil des propriétaires au bon soin pour leurs locataires seul bémol les moustiques.La location est située dans le quartier de la hume qui est plus un quartier de port ostréicole que de station balnéaire.

Ce voyageur n a pas bénéficié de la climatisation et donc d une protection relative contre les moustiques tigres .il faut savoir que tout le sud de la France est impacte par les moustiques .Il faut se protéger avec des produits .Pour la localisation il y a une plage à marée haute ou sinon la mer a 6kms à arcachon .Par contre on peut toujours louer à arcachon mais pour le double du prix!
