Villa Katy - Seawater pool & close to the beach

Located close to the beach and the town this spacious and well appointed villa is a great location for a family holiday in Moraira. With plenty of outside space and a wonderful new private pool built in 2016 this villa is in one of the best locations.



This well constructed Villa is ideal for all year round rental having double glazing throughout and gas fired radiator central heating for the cool winter evenings and Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge/dining room for the warm summer months.

Set over two levels the living accommodation is on the upper floor to benefit from the views and the three bedrooms are on the ground floor.



Upstairs there is a large lounge/dining room, separate kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and everything else you might need. There is also a cloakroom and good sized balcony with sea views. In the lounge there is a flat screen TV, DVD player with DVDs, and Sat TV and radio with UK and German channels, an ipod docking station with radio. Wi-Fi .



Downstairs there are three bedrooms, the master with a king size bed and a large en suite with bath, separate shower, hand basin, w/c and bidet, also a double bedroom and twin bedroom and family shower room with w/c. There is also a utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities.



The beautiful brand new salt water 9x4m swimming pool has a large terrace ideal for sun bathing. The pool is gated and perfect for families with small children. There is an additional large terrace at the front of the villa, and another terrace at the rear ideal for barbeque meals, there is a private drive with car port and mature gardens.

The villa is set at the head of a small quiet cul-de-sac and less than 300 metres from the lovely sandy Plagetes beach and some good restaurants, cafe`s, bars and shops. It is also only a short easy walk along the sea front (approx 10/15minutes) into Moraira centre, this villa is in a great location

The rooms were clean and cool. Thr villa is fabulous and , with six adults, we had plenty of space. Just a few minutes to the barscand sea front and about 25 mins to the centre.The whole process of booking went smoothly and we were greeted on arrival.The pool was clean and a great place to relax.Moraira is lovely. Excellent location, well-equipped and lovely pool, with good outside areas and off-road parking. Excellent service before arrival and useful welcome information from a member of staff on arrival. Nothing really, main bedroom mattress was a little uncomfortable but apart from that everything else was spot on.

Rented villa for 12 nights

Rented villa for 12 nights. Great communication for the host from start to finish. The villa is a perfect place to be able to walk to the beach and the local bars and restaurants which is why we chose this location having children who are now old enough to be able to go and do there own thing if they wanted to. The pool is a great size with plenty of lilos and other inflatables. Lovely to have air conditioning too. Would definitely recommend The villa is overlooked by others so you don’t get the privacy , but we didn’t really have anyone around for the time were there so wasn’t an issue.

Great villa, nice and close to the beach and a short walk to the main town centre, everything as described. Pool was lovely, good size. Would not hesitate in recommending, thank you, had a great time I would suggest to the owners would be an upgrade to the beds/mattresses but this did not impact our stay negatively, we understand that things are replaced after a period of time, but maybe it's time 😀

Fantastic villa in a great location

Fantastic villa in a great location. I’ve stayed in and around Moraira several times, and this is by far the best place I’ve had. There are several restaurants only a few minutes away and it’s only a short walk to the town centre for everything else. The pool was a lovely temperature and I used it every day. The villa is very clean and comfortable and the air conditioning is excellent and keeps the house at a lovely temperature. I have already booked it for next year!

Well equiped villa with great outdoor space and pool. The villa is in a great location, close to supermarket and restaurants. The beach and town centre are a short walk away. The crockery could be better, a few chips on plates etc. Also some of the mugs are needing replaced.

3rd time at Villa Katy

As always the booking and check in was flawless with plenty of contact from HMR. The villa is very well located with many restaurants only a few minutes walk and Moraira centre about 10-15 minutes away. The villa has everything you need as well as great outdoor areas. Very quiet area, so wouldn’t be suited to late night revellers, etc. This was my third time at Villa Katy, and I would very happily visit again any time. Put a decent door handle on the balcony door!

Family celebration for 60th and 30th birthdays

My husband, myself our three triplets sons and one son's girlfriend all came to celebrate our 60th birthdays and our son's 30th birthdays. The villa was just wonderful in everyway. It was spotless when we arrived. Communication with hmrholidays was excellent from start to finish. Any queries before we arrived and during our holiday was answered quickly, often within minutes. The villa is very spacious and the pool just wonderful. Just a short walk to the nearest beach and about fifteen minutes into the centre of town. Many restaurants near the villa so no need to go into town if you don't want to. Though the pool is overlooked by a few other villas this was never a problem whilst we were there as non were occupied. The view from the upstairs veranda was just great especially watching the lightening one evening and the fireworks another. We had a truly special time. Thank you The bottle of cava was much appreciated thank you. However as we did not arrive till after midnight a bottle of two of water would have been nice as we could not buy any until the next morning and we were gasping. Other than that everything was just great.

The nicest place to stay in Moraira

Great location, for a quiet relaxing holiday, easy walk for the beach and eating out. A huge choice of cafes and restaurants, We used the car for a food shop and a day out other than that you can take your time and walk everywhere. The pool is a good size and this villa comfortably hosts 6 guests. Moraira is perfect for a laid back holiday. This is our 10th year coming to Moraira and our 3rd stay in this villa, highly recommended. We loved the villa, the size and the location really suits us and we have stayed in it a number of times. The bathroom and shower could definitely do with an upgrade. Shower curtains and big shower taps that get in the way of quite small shower cubicles date the property and make it feel less premium. The bed linen could also do with a refresh, the main bed should have a mattress protector on it and the pillows are different shapes and sizes with ill fitting pillow cases. Some very light weight duvets would be nice rather than a mish mash of blankets for the cooler evenings. A good broom and dust pan and brush would be more useful than having to get a hoover out, there was a brush of sorts in the kitchen but too small to be of much use.

The Villa exceeded our expectations, it had everything we needed, it was spacious and well maintained, the outdoor pool and terrace area was amazing, great location in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, but close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants and shops.
