Had a fantastic week here. Both villa and grounds are very spacious, clean and comfortable and has everything needed for a great holiday. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. Location was quiet and within driving distance of local shops, restaurants and sights etc. The outside space was beautiful and well looked after. Pool was large; kept very clean and the hot tub was an amazing added bonus in the evenings (additional charge for this). Distant sea views and covered parking within the grounds. Communication with both Phillipe and Eric was great throughout. Thanks for a wonderful week! Wish we could have stayed longer and wouldn't hesitate to book again :)

Better than we expected!

Lovely property- clean and spacious with great views the photos don’t do justice to. The kitchen was had every utensil needed and the rest of the house was beautiful and very comfortable. Outside was great- sun, shade , good sitting areas and lovely big, private pool. We were very reluctant to leave to explore the area! We flew into Valencia and had a very easy 90 minute journey to the property. A car was definitely needed but the roads were virtually empty and the supermarkets easy to drive to. Lovely part of Spain - mountains and sea =perfect. Thank you for a great two family holiday base- no complaints whatsoever.

Schönes Objekt

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön. Es war alles sehr ordentlich und absolut sauber. Die Außenanlagen und der Pool sind toll. Der Empfang war absolut nett. Uns haben allerdings ein paar Kleinigkeiten gestört. Direkt bei der Ankuft wurde uns eine Steckdose im Kinderzimmer gezeigt aus der die Kabel hingen. Diese wurde nicht repariert. Das Außengerät der einen Klimaanlage hängt draußen genau am Esstisch. Aufgrund des wenigen Schattens konnte man den nicht anders stellen. Die Poolbeleuchtung hat den ganzen Urlaub nicht funktioniert obwohl der Poolreiniger es dem Vermieter mitgeteilt hat.

Super séjour dans cette superbe villa

Nous avons passé 15 jours fin août au top, la villa est très belle avec d'excellentes prestations, un accueil parfait et la piscine était à une température idéale, nous n'avons donc pas utilisé le jacuzzi. Concernant les alentours, il y a des belles criques à quelques minutes en voiture et pas mal de sentiers pour faire des randonnées. En conclusion : magnifiques vacances en famille et entre amis !!!

Très belle villa, bien aménagée.

Nous avons passé un beau séjour en famille. La villa se prête bien à de belles vacances, dans cette jolie ville de Moraira. Deux petits regrets : - Le manque de moustiquaires aux fenêtres. Les moustiques se sont régalés. - avec la canicule que nous avons vécue, plus de zones d'ombres auraient été bien appréciées.

Habituellement à la Cumbre Del Sol grâce à la brise marine qui rafraîchit la villa et permet de dormir sans climatisation, il y a peu de moustique, car ils n'aime pas beaucoup les mouvement d'air (vent et climatisation) et quelques diffuseurs d'insecticide résolvent le problème. Mais cette année la canicule est surement la cause de leur présence en nombre. Nous avons acheté cette année 2 grands parasols pour se protéger du soleil à la piscine; qui est presque ensoleillée toute la journée.

Unas buenas vacaciones

La casa está fenomenal, es muy espaciosa. Cuando llegamos nos atendieron estupendamente, todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Tienen un gran menaje de cocida. La piscina estupenda. Necesitas coche para moverte, pero la playa esta a15 minutos. Algo a mejorar, es la vitroceramica que no tiene mucha potencia y tarda en calentar. Hemos pasado unas buenas vacaciones. Muchas gracias.

Villa agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 2 semaines dans cette belle villa. Endroit très calme sans vis à vis, villa spacieuse très bien équipée. La voiture ou vélo (électrique) indispensable pour toutes activités. Plusieurs villes balnéaires treès agréables sont à proximité. La piscine est grande et très bien entretenue mais juste un peu glissante sur le pourtour. Enfin, nous avons passé de très bonne vacances.

Una casa preciosa en una zona espectacular

Es una casa muy bonita, toda en una sola planta, lo cual le da un plus de comodidad, en una urbanización muy tranquila y con grandes vistas. La piscina preciosa, grande y muy cómoda. Un pequeño detalle que propondría como mejora sería poner camas de matrimonio más grandes, al menos de 1,80x2 metros, pero eso es una opinión personal y no resta encanto a la casa.

Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft, Sauberkeit 1+*, Lage perfekt. Leider waren der Zustand der Stühle und Liegen im Außenbereich nicht der beste. Der Herr der die Übergabe und Abnahme macht spricht leider nur spanisch was die Verständigung etwas erschwert hat. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen und wir werden nicht das letzte mal dort gewesen sein.

Nous prévoyons de les changer les chaises pour la haute saison 2020. Les transats seront réparés ou changés également en 2020. Hallo Vielen Dank für Ihre Wertschätzung und Ihre Informationen. Wir haben festgestellt, dass die Stühle in diesem Jahr 2019 tatsächlich gelitten haben. Wir planen, die Stühle für die Hochsaison 2020 zu wechseln. Die Liegestühle werden auch im Jahr 2020 repariert oder gewechselt. Hello Thank you for your appreciation and your information. We found that the chairs have indeed suffered this year 2019. We plan to change the chairs for the 2020 high season. The deckchairs will also be repaired or changed in 2020.

Beautiful spacious Villa....

We were so happy at Las tres Chimeneas. First impression was that it was so much better than the description on the website..! It was cool, extremely spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for relaxation for 2 families, if required. The 2 double bedrooms are very spacious, the 2 twin rooms are a good size, and the double lounge and dining room have plenty of room for 8 people. There are 2 reasonably sized bathrooms with showers over, that both worked well. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home if you wish. Outside there is plenty of room around the lovely large pool with loungers and outside comfortable seating as well as another large dining table, all in the shade between Villa and pool. There are gardens around the property and parking for at least 4 cars off the road. The check in procedure was very straightforward and we were met by Jose, who was very friendly and helpful as well as being nearby during the day should any help be required. I needed to contact the owner, Philippe about a small issue which was resolved as quickly as possible and again this was an easy and friendly process. The Villa exceeded our expectations and I hope to return again and have no hesitation in recommending Las tres Chimeneas for a superb holiday.

La villa est très bien, meublée avec goût. La piscine est bien mais pas assez entretenue..

Belle location mais avec un bémol.car: pour le prix de la location un peu plus de vaisselle serait un plus .Au niveau de l'organisation c'était un peu minimaliste pour le prise et remise des clés... (sous le paillasson pour le départ qui se faisait assez tôt il est vrai, 6h du mat, mais avec des risques et pas d'état des lieux)... L'entretien de la piscine laissait un peu à désirer, de simples pastilles de chlore jetées dans l'eau et seulement une fois par semaine alors que 5 adultes et 2 enfants l'occupaient et qu'il a fait très chaud durant cette période. 3 personnes ont développé des rougeurs qui apparaissaient après les bains! Pour terminer sur une note positive, la villa était meublée avec goût et la piscine illuminée le soir donnait une belle ambiance. Dans l'ensemble un bel endroit pour passer des vacances en famille.

Bonjour Nous prenons note pour la vaisselle, peut-être y a t'il eu de la casse avec les précédents locataires, pouvez vous nous indiquer les éléments que vous verriez en plus grande quantité afin de compléter la vaisselle. Concernant la remise des clefs votre départ à 6 H s'est effectuer en dehors des heures normales de départ à partir de 8H, afin de répondre à de telle situation nous allons mettre en place une boite à clefs sécurisée, l'état des lieux s'effectura pas contre à posteriori. Concernant la piscine M VERDU effectue l'entretien depuis 9 ans et nous n'avons eu aucune remarque à ce sujet. Il doit normalement passer 2 fois par semaine, parfoit très tot et peut-être ne l'avez-vous pas vu, nous savons qu'il ne se contente pas de déposer quelques galets de chlore car nous l'avons vu mettre d'autres produits, nous lui ferons cependant part de votre remarque. Souhaitant apporter le maximum de satisfaction à nos locataires nous tiendrons compte de votre appréciation, nous vous remercions pour les notes positives et espérons vous revoir.
