This 3-bedroom apartment managed by Central Hill Apartments, is located next to two of the most central squares of Lisbon – Rossio and Restauradores, in the downtown area. This is the perfect place to stay, since you will be within walking distance from all the main attractions and places to visit in Lisbon downtown such as Rossio, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Principe Real, Avenida da Liberdade, the City Castle and its picturesque neighborhood called Alfama.



The 100 square meter apartment located on the 2nd floor of a building without elevator, has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a complete bathroom, a toilet, an equipped kitchen and all rooms have windows. One of the rooms has a small balcony.

Room #1: 2 single top beds (Sleeps 2)

Room #2: 2 single top beds + 1single pull-out bed (Sleeps 2+1)

Living room: 2 double sofa-beds (sleeps 2+2)

Max Nº Beds: 9 Beds (including 2 double sofa-beds)

Max Capacity: 12 people



Bedroom Preparations:

- The apartment will only be prepared for the number of people selected for the reservation

- Top beds are prepared first, followed by pull-out beds and sofa-beds.

- We will prepare separate beds for each guest until it reaches the maximum number of beds, after that we will consider 2 people in the double beds.



Important Rules and Information:

- This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected.

- No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm).

- Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden.

- Air conditioning in the living/dining room, plus 1 portable fan and heater per bedroom.

- Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise.

Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in: starting at 16:00

Check-out: until 11:00

- This apartment offers a convenient Self-Check-in process - once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive instructions and procedures to get your Access Code and perform the Self-Check-in.

- On the day of your check-out, just ensure you exit the apartment until 11:00. Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines.

- It’s not possible to store luggage at the apartment after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info)

- Central Hill Apartments reserves the right to withhold the access code until all required procedures are completed by the guests.

- In exceptional circumstances, an in-person check-in may be required, which, if conducted after 20:00, will incur a €30 late check-in fee. To avoid any last-minute complications, we strongly recommend completing all procedures in advance.



Extra Guests:

It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (25€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.
