The building is early 20th century, full of charm and it was fully renovated. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator with lots of natural light, and sweeping views over the street. The flat is very comfortable, with central heating, air conditioning and double glazed windows.

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower and the other without.

￫ Living Room/Dining Room
The living room has flat screen TV with cable connection, a comfortable sofa-bed and a dining table.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, toaster and a filter coffee maker (coffee not included).

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Baixa-Chiado is one of Lisbon's most sophisticated and privileged neighborhoods - perfectly located between the monumental area of Baixa and the bohemian nightlife of Bairro Alto. It is the most central area you could get and it's surrounded by everything you will need. Boutiques, shops, historical monuments, museums, restaurants, cafés and public transportations are just a few steps away.
You are within a walking distance from all the main places to visit and from all the typical neighborhoods like Principe Real, Rossio, Castelo and Alfama. You will find breathtaking viewpoints, Fado Houses and fancy bars and restaurants along the way!

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.

￫ Metro
The cheapest is the metro, with a 25-30 minutes ride. The closest station (Baixa-Chiado) is only 200 meters away from the apartment.

→ Car
If you have a rental car, please notice that there's no free parking in the area.
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
