Villa Magia d'Estate is located in Bugnara (AQ), one of Italy’s most beautiful villages, at the gateway to the Abruzzo National Park. Surrounded by nature, between the Peligna Valley and the Sagittario Valley, it offers a magnificent view of the charming Majella and Mount Morrone.<br>It is just 4.5 km from the historic center of Sulmona, a city of art and an important tourist destination.<br>Villa Magia d’Estate is strategically located for exploring the main natural attractions of Abruzzo, the “green heart of Europe.”<br><br>The villa, furnished with a perfect blend of modern furniture and antique pieces, spans three levels:<br>1) Ground Floor:<br>spacious living room with a kitchenette, lighting system, Dolby Surround sound system, projector/TV, fireplace, and foosball table; direct access to a large porch and the expansive garden.<br>2) First floor:<br> – a spacious open-concept area comprising a kitchen and living room;<br> – a bathroom with all amenities and a bathtub;<br> – the “red” bedroom with two single beds, fully furnished, a TV, and access to a large panoramic terrace;<br>- "Classic" bedroom with a double bed, fully furnished, a TV, a sofa, and access to a large panoramic terrace;<br>- bathroom with all amenities, a double sink, and a shower stall;<br>- laundry room with washing machine, sink, clothesline, ironing board, and iron, and access to a large panoramic terrace (use of the laundry room is reserved for stays longer than 4 days).<br>3) Second floor:<br>spacious attic with a sofa, double bed, bunk bed, and queen-size bed.<br><br>A high chair for small children is available upon request.<br><br>All windows in the villa are equipped with mosquito screens and blackout curtains.<br><br>Villa Magia d’Estate is surrounded by a large, fenced-in garden (1 hectare) with a designated parking area. Guests have access to: a large, beautiful gazebo, a barbecue, and a rotisserie grill.<br>Within the garden, there are expansive green spaces and an area featuring a large swimming pool with a hydromassage bench (6 m x 12 m plus Roman steps) and a retractable cover, which complies with all safety regulations, particularly those designed to protect young children.<br>Use of the pool must ALWAYS be arranged in advance; it depends on the length of your stay, the availability of staff, maintenance requirements, and the season.<br><br>The area is very quiet and is strategically located near all the area’s points of interest.<br>The villa is not isolated, even though it is surrounded by nature; the entrance gate is on a convenient paved road.<br>
