About this property

Renovated 3 Bedroom TownHome in The Heart of Wrightsville Beach

Darling townhouse, beautifully decorated and close to the beach and everything that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. Your vacation rental (we do not rent long term) is just steps away from the beach access. It is also located one block from the sound, providing excellent views of sparkling Banks Channel from both inside your spacious living space and the two large balconies. The property is in pristine condition. It is walking distance to the island grocery, coffee shop, surf shop, restaurants, bars and fishing pier. Bikes and paddle boards can be rented near by. There is both driveway and garage parking for 5 cars. Dining for eight either inside or outside on the deck which has a retractable awning. Grilling area downstairs has its own dining and sitting area. Convenient enclosed outside shower. Comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, a variety of beach toys, coolers, and a wagon to easily pull it all to the beach.

We welcome weekly rentals only from May 15 through September 15. There is a 3 night minimum from September 15 through May 15. We do not rent long term!

The location of the property was perfect walking distance to little shops and restaurants in the area. Beds were comfortable and it felt spacious for the 5 of us. The sunset can be seen from the deck and it was a very short walk to the beach. Our adult kids loved the ping pong table in the garage! The owners popped by one of the days to introduce themselves, as they live nearby. Even though our weather wasn't that warm until the last day we were there, we had a nice visit.

We had an excellent stay and couldn’t have been more pleased with the property and overall experience. The location was ideal, and the house itself was spotless and well maintained. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of supplies to ample paper goods and cleaning products for both the kitchen and laundry.We especially appreciated the extra touches that made our stay more comfortable, like the availability of beach chairs and beach towels, which made enjoying our time even easier.We also had the opportunity to meet Martha, the host, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive. She made a point to check in and ensured we had everything we needed, which we truly appreciated.Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely choose to stay here again. We stated this property for three nights first impressions were absolutely great because the property was well renovated absolutely clean at every corner. We had a little baby with us and we could just leave the baby roam on a clean carpet everywhere without a worry. Martha Host was very nice to communicate with. She came up and met us the next day. Very nice lady. She takes care of everything herself so it would be nice to know that there was a caring person managing the property so it made us feel at home and we treated the property like our house. Check in and check out process is very easy. The property is not far from the beach 5 to 10 minute walk so overall it was a great experience We would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our time there during our beach getaway. The house is located close to everything we needed but is also on a quiet street. Bonus points with the garage downstairs, all the beach related amenities and a very nice collection of Beach Towels as soon as you enter the bottom floor was awesome. Also loved the outside shower.We are looking forward to booking with you again in the future.

Awesome Location! Plenty of Beach!

With the beach access being so close we were able to visit the beachfront multiple times a day. The place is also very nice with balconies on all levels, each with their own view.

Perfect place in the perfect location!

I can't say enough great things about this place. We stay at VRBO properties a few times a year and this one ranks among the best! The location was perfect, steps from the beach and views of the river from the house. It is also a block from shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed, space for everyone, and was very clean and well maintained.

Perfect Location

Very cozy town home between the beach and the sound. Easy to walk to both and to a few shops and restaurants. Also very close to the bridge to go to Wilmington. Recommend staying here.

Great vacation getaway!

My husband, our two toddlers, and my mom stayed at this beautiful beach house and we couldn’t be happier! It was very clean and in such a great location to everything, including stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach! Martha was so responsive and very sweet and helpful. Wonderful Week in Wrightsville!

This was our 3rd time staying and the townhome delivered on all fronts once again! My wife and our three boys had a blast, we simply love the proximity to town, the ocean, and the sound side. Plus the unit is perfect size for a family and is always so so clean when we get there. We will for sure be back, already counting down the days until our next trip!

We’ve stayed in this townhome 3 or 4 times over the years and will definitely plan to stay again. ALWAYS clean, well appointed, great location, private and quiet. And big kudos for having HOT water….so many rentals have barely lukewarm water…grrrrr.

Wonderful stay!!

Martha is the hostess with the mostest!! This is the cleanest and coziest Vrbo we have ever stayed at. We were here for our niece’s wedding and decided to make a week of it. Martha has everything you may need all in a perfect location!! We walked everywhere and enjoyed all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. We can’t wait to come back again!!
