Park your car (4 spaces available) and walk to everything—surf shops, restaurants, a local grocery, and sweet treats all around the corner.

Enjoy ocean views, a well-equipped kitchen (renovated in 2014), a full bath upstairs (renovated in 2018), and a convenient half bath on the main floor. There’s even a private outdoor shower under the unit—perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The primary bedroom includes a vanity sink and a TV, with a second TV in the living room for cozy evenings in.

Whether you’re here to surf, sunbathe, or simply relax, this home makes beach life easy and enjoyable.

This is our favorite property to stay in at Wrightsville Beach. Comfortable accommodations and steps to the beach. The owner is very responsive to our questions and needs. Look forward to coming back each year. It’s become a family tradition!

A wonderful Wrightsville Beach getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The townhouse is perfectly situated and we parked the cars and walked to most of our outings. The new kitchen is 'beyond expectation' for a rental. We will definitely be back. Thank you Carolyn and Suzanne for making our trip completely hassle-free!

Wish we Could Stay Forever

Our second visit to this wonderful condo was even better than the first. The new kitchen is a knockout. The location remains excellent as we are able to get to the beach, restaurants and ice cream stand all within about 60 seconds. The owners are wonderful. The view from the porches is superb. It just doesn't get any better!

Outstanding!

We frequently use VRBO and this property was outstanding! Location was perfect - close to the beach as well as the ice cream shop. Outside shower was perfect for the kids rinsing off after the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked. All instructions were clear and prompt. Highly recommend.

Excellent location

This townhouse is perfectly located in downtown Wrightsville Beach. Walking distance to everything you'll need, especially the beach! Loved having a full size washer/dryer in the unit. Kitchen is beautiful and the house is very nicely decorated. Not to be too trivial but probably the best thing is the parking spaces offered for this home. Parking is at a premium in WB so to be able to have 4 spaces was perfect.

Just Wonderful

We really enjoy Wrightsville Beach and this condo is the perfect place to enjoy all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. It is just a few paces to the beach and only a block away from restaurants (and ice cream!). We have stayed here for several years and the owners are easy to work with, responsive, and take excellent care of the condo, which is always clean and well appointed. The porch, with its ocean views, is a great spot to relax and drink coffee. There is no better place on Wrightsville Beach, and we cannot wait to return next summer!

Wedding

This location was perfect for our family of five as we visited Wrightsville Beach for a wedding. Ample parking, garage space for the bikes we rented to cruise around the island, quick easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. It really could not have been better! The property itself was renovated and very well maintained. Well stocked kitchen, and lots of space to spread out for down time. I loved the ocean view from the porch.

Our second time here -- so charming!

This was our second time staying at this property. We love it so much. This home has so much charm -- from the beach decor, to the hammocks outside, to the cleanliness. Though it only has one bathroom with shower, it always works out perfectly for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids because there is a sink in the master bathroom, a second half bathroom downstairs, and a really nice, large outdoor shower. It's super convenient to have extra parking spots so our family local to the area could come visit us for beach days. We loved sitting outside and listening to the crashing of the waves every chance we got. We spent almost every day at the beach, which is a minute walk away, and we also enjoyed the short walk to Sweetwater Surf Shop (great shop for teens and tweens), the ice cream/Italian ice stand on the corner, and The Loop (for morning walks). On Monday, we enjoyed the Wrightsville Beach Farmer's Market (just a quick drive away with ample parking). This home is also a close drive to some of our favorites -- Mellow Mushroom, Lovey's Market (groceries and cafe with vegan options), and Wrightsville Beach SUP for kayaking or paddleboarding. Suzanne, the owner, is so kind and responsive. We had a wonderful week!

Perfect little condo- great location!

This 3 bedroom condo was the prefect little beach bungalow for our family. Having grown up going to Wrightsville Beach, as well as having family in Wilmington- we are very familiar with the area. The location of the condo is right in the center of the island and is perfect for walking to everything. Our children(11 & 13) we able to go out on their own to the ice cream shop, pizza place, surf shop & grocery store. It is literally steps from the beach, so if you're on the beach and need to run back to the condo for whatever reason- it's fast & easy! The interior was painted bright and cheery- very organized, clean and accommodating. Plenty of beach chairs and a nice big beach umbrella. The washer & dryer are new and worked great as well. The brand new renovated kitchen was just beautiful. And as others have stated- the giant shower under the house is great for coming in off the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean from the porches! The only "catch" to this place(if there is one) is that the porches are side-by-side(as you can see from the pictures) and you will definitely get to know your neighbors- so if you're looking for a bit more privacy, just be aware of that. We would definitely rent this place again!

Our stay was great! You can not ask for a better location. We sat on the front porch and watched the waves. We walked to get food, coffee, and groceries. We only moved the car one time and that’s because it was pouring down rain. Would definitely stay again. Everything we needed was at the condo - fully stoked kitchen, beach chairs, etc

Great stay steps from the beach

Perfect location and accommodation for my friends and me. Was able to walk barefoot to the beach from the house it was so close. Also a short walk from restaurants, bars, and a park with nice pickleball courts

Relaxing on porch rockers, napping in the hammock and walking the loop are some if our favorite activities! Just steps from the beach too. Centrally located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach.

What makes this property unique

You can park your car, relax, and and have a great vacation without having to get back in the car.
A short walk to the public dock to watch gorgeous sunsets over the sound! There is a walking/running trail 'the loop' at the end of the street. This is a 2.4 mile loop that you can enjoy for exercise. Within this trail is a recreation area consisting of a park and other outdoor activities such as basketball and tennis.
