Sunriser condo at Gulf Winds.


This second floor beach condo is located right on the beautiful sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room and master bedroom offer floor to ceiling windows to give you a panoramic view of the Gulf. Come and find out what it is like to live in paradise. The wrap around balcony has seating for casual dining and conversation.
The condo offers a very flexible sleeping arrangement and can sleep up to 8 (King size memory foam bed in master, two twin beds and a trundle in second bedroom, twin over full bunk bed in third, queen sleeper sofa in family room). The master bathroom features a shower. The second bathroom has a shower over the bath tub.

The kitchen is supplied with everything you need or take advantage of the fantastic restaurants only minutes away.

The development has an elevator and an allocated covered parking spot. Plus outside parking for one more vehicle.

Community pool (not heated)
Free Wi-Fi, cable TV, complimentary Netflix.
Beach chairs and beach towels are included.
A portable crib and high chair are available.

This is a very quiet, family style complex. The principal renter must be over the age of 25.

Please note that this condo does not have a grill, per insurance.

St. Patty's Day Weekend Getaway

This property is in an excellent location and is clean and tidy. We spent the weekend enjoying the view, and ate like kings at the local restaurants. On Saturday we grilled burgers on the patio and spent the afternoon looking for shells (We found so many good ones). Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful views and nice condo

Our stay at Gulf Winds was great! The views from the balcony were beautiful! The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. Would definitely recommend. My only caution is the beach access on walking down the dune to the beach is slippery on the sand. If you’re older I’d go down the road to the public beach access. Other than that everything was great!

Great location and nice property

This condo location is great and away from crowded beaches. The condo was comfortable and had everything thing you might need during your stay. Parking is convenient and there’s an elevator if you need one. Right on the beach and close to the water’s edge. Loved sitting on the wrap around deck enjoying the view. Check in was easy. Lesley, the owner is quick to reply if you have any questions. Over all, very nice and we would stay at this location again.

Great stay

Our stay was great. You really can’t get a better location. The view of the beach off the back of the condo is breathtaking. The closeness of the beach is wonderful. We did miss some things during our stay. The kitchen needed dishwashing soap and the dishwasher needed some rinse agent. There were no napkins or paper towels provided. There were some cosmetic issues with a couple places where the ceiling was damaged and a baseboard pulling away from the wall and a missing towel rack. The bed frames squeak a lot. One of the twins beds looks like it may fall at any time. This didn’t impact our stay though. There were plenty of towels and beach towels and the host even provided beach chairs.

Location, Location, Location

The location can't be beat. We would come back on location alone. We are willing to deal with certain things for the view & access to the beach. I'll start by saying we rent condos/houses in different beach towns multiple times a year. So I'm comparing this condo to the many we have stayed in, just in the last 3-4 years. The host was quick to answer my call & give us a work around when I reached out to her. Small things that need fixed, If the owner actually stayed in this condo for a entire week, they would see what we mean. -The master bedroom bed is very low to the ground & was hard as a rock. -We were surprised when we moved a chair in the master bedroom to find a hole in the wall. -Only 1 nightstand in the master bedroom. - Master bath had holes in the wall due to towel holders being moved?? -Both bathrooms had the door missing from the medicine cabinet, and it was very obvious there used to be doors on them, as the hinges are still there. - No coffee table in the living room. - The kitchen table is up against a wall, and if you pull it out to use it, the space gets very small. -No ice maker in the freezer, not even ice trays. -Kitchen cabinets looked dirty by all the handles, nothing a little scrubbing or paint couldn't fix. -The gate to the beach is rusted closed, so you have to walk around the building every time...which isn't horrible just not as convenient as it should be. We would rent it again, a few small fixes would really make it great.

Why they chose this property

I have lived close to the beach for my entire life and I love to be able to escape to the ocean. Pensacola Beach is a little piece of heaven, with gorgeous white sands that sing to you when you walk on them. The water of the Gulf of Mexico is a beautiful shade of emerald green which during the summer is warm and inviting. The condo itself is peaceful and tastefully decorated and I love the fact that I can just walk straight on to the beach.
