Welcome to Seas the Day Unit N/4 – This fully updated 2BR/2BA Gulf-front condo at Villas on the Gulf is just steps from the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach. Perched two flights up (no elevator), its private balcony offers uninterrupted Gulf views—you can’t get closer to the water without getting wet! Sleeps 6 max, including children.

Freshly renovated in December 2025, this 950 sq. ft. retreat features new flooring, countertops, paint, crown molding, and doors for added bedroom privacy, plus stylish furniture and draperies. The master suite has a king bed; the Gulf-front bedroom offers two queens. Two full bathrooms (one with tub, one with shower), a washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen make it easy to pack light.

We’ve included thoughtful extras you won’t find in most rentals—beach towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, spices, wrap, coffee, and zip-top bags. Enjoy the community pool, lagoon with ducks and swans, and a prime location just 1.5 miles from Pensacola Beach’s dining and nightlife.

Good to Know: Must be 25+ to rent and staying on premise. No smoking or pets. Stairs may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns; elevator-access options available. Travel insurance recommended at booking.

Perfect Beach Getaway!We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo! The location was unbeatable—just a super easy walk to the beach, with crystal-clear water, powdery white sand, and beautiful weather every day. The area wasn’t crowded at all, which made it peaceful and relaxing, but it was still close to all the fun attractions, restaurants, and shops. The condo was spotless and filled with extra touches you don’t usually find—beach gear, kitchen essentials, and more. You can really tell the owners go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. We’ll absolutely be back!

Pool was super clean and nice. Definitely have to be able to walk the 2 flights of stairs. View can’t be beat. We stayed with friends and liked the 2 “suites”. It made it feel very private. Well appointed. Could have cooked anything we wanted. Balcony needs to match the inside of the condo for functionality. Benches need to be replaced. Looked a little worn and in need of repairs. But that view!

Great getaway!

This place was steps from the beach with a great view of the ocean. The property was stocked with everything we could need from beach towels and chairs to dryer sheets. The property manager was incredibly welcoming and responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

Peaceful retreat

Awesome location on the beach!

We had the BEST family vacation at Seas the Day! Clean and comfortable accommodations complete with special touches, and a perfect place to stay with 4 young children! The location is amazing!!! This unit is adjacent to the boardwalk (and outdoor shower) with direct access to the beach, which was perfect with young children. It provided easy access to run up to the condo if the kids needed or left something. The pool was great as well. The condo was well equipped with beach essentials such as wave boards, sand toys, chairs, etc. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well stocked, and the condo even provides a pack’n’play if needed. The view from the windows and private balcony were stunning. Mary provided information for local attractions and eateries, and was one of the most considerate hosts we’ve had through VRBO. The location is also easily accessible to local attractions and restaurants. We plan to be back!!!!

Breathtaking views

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! The condo is fully stocked with everything we needed, from beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys to a fully stocked kitchen. The view from the balcony was stunning and the ease of access to the beach was a real plus for us. We hope to return someday!

Great beachfront condo

Our family of four had a great time in this condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every night listening to the waves crash the shore. The property manager was easy to reach and very helpful with all our questions. The condo was clean and well stoked with everything. Beach access is just steps away. Located on the quite end of the island but still minutes away from the action at the Boardwalk. We will definitely be back to this condo!

I have only high quality condos and the past reviews to prove it. This is a year old listing so it doesn't have a huge amount of reviews as of yet but it’s 100% positive so far ! I have other rentals on Pensacola beach all online bookable via Homeaway or Vrbo and they are 5 stars !! All condo/ houses are stocked way more than your typical vacati N rental and we get a lot of repeat bookings because of it .

Why they chose this property

It's got a gulf front view all remodeled and perfect for a couple or small family . Located at the Villas on the Gulf condo complex which is located on the East end of Pensacola Beach away from the action of the ‘core’ of the beach but within a mile so simply the best of both worlds . Sleeps up to six in the two double beds and one king bed .
