Great place and felt like home..

We had two weeks of relaxing vacation in the great house of Marco and Alexandra. The house is equipped with everything the heart desires and super located in close proximity to Rome. We will miss the great view of the sea at breakfast. We sincerely thank the landlords for the great advice, tips and hospitality. Ciao!

Canicule a Rome

La canicule nous a empêchés de profiter pleinement de la location. Peut-être que des equipements plus adaptés permettraient de mieux gérer les fortes chaleurs, volets et climatisation des pièces a vivre... Merci a Marco et Alessandra pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Cadre de la maison magnifique

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à la Villa Alice, la vue est magnifique ! L’es maison est grandiose, le propriétaire est extrêmement gentil malgré la distance. La piscine est une piscine naturel, surprenant au début. La Clim est uniquement dans les chambre. Quelques animaux viennent rendrent visite, chat et chien, très gentils avec les humains un peu moins avec les autre animaux… les chats sont voleur c’était assez amusant. Nous avons adorer cette maison et c’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons

ungewöhnliches schönes Domizil

Die Lage der Villa Alice ist sehr schön, sehr ruhig und sehr abgelegen (ca. 16 km von Cerveteri entfernt). Der herrliche Blick entschädigt jedoch fast alles. Das Haus wird vom sehr sympathischen Vermieter und seiner Frau bewohnt, wenn keine Gäste zugegen sind. Bei Vermietung ziehen sie in den Keller oder auf Wunsch hatten wir das Haus auch ganz für uns. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man i.d.R. auch zu Hause vorfindet. Leider war eines der Bäder gerade in Renovierung. Man fühlt sich so als ob man für ein paar Tage bei Freunden einzieht. Der erfrischend Pool ist eher wie ein Schwimmteich mit Pflanzenklärung. Neben den Pool-Bewohnern (Goldfischen und Frosch) kommen auch immer Vögel vorbei, um zu trinken. Ein herrlich entspannender Anblick. Neben frechen Katzen bekommt man auch Besuch von ein paar Hunden der Nachbarschaft. Letztere sind recht groß aber sehr nett und friedlich. Alles in Allem ein eher ungewöhnlicher aber trotzdem schöner Urlaub.
