Outside, in the yard, there is a green mediterranean garden with three terraces and two sun deck chairs to dispose of. First terrace has lounge furnishing and it is located in front of the living room and it covers 22m2. Second terrace has a wooden dining table for 8 guests, barbeque, stone working table with sink, it covers 16m2. Near this terrace you can also find an outside shower. In front of the house are two spacious parking spots secured behind gates. Property is completely fenced.
