Brand new apartment in an exclusive building that highlights both for its central location, a designer entrance, and a large elevator. With an optional onsite parking area with direct access by elevator, the Palace I is a spacious three-bedroom apartment located on a first floor. It has a spacious living room with a designer dining area and an open concept kitchen with high-end appliances. The living room faces a spacious balcony with an outdoor dining area for 4 guests. The apartment has air conditioning both in the living room and in each bedroom.
There are three bedrooms in the apartment, two of them with two single beds each. The master bedroom comes with a double bed. The bedrooms in the apartment face a beautiful open courtyard that ensures a quiet and fresh atmosphere. There are two fully equipped bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite for the master bedroom. The first bathroom has a spacious shower while the second bathroom has a nice bathtub. Not to mention, the apartment also has a very nice heating and free high-speed Wi-Fi is available for the guests.

Great Apartment!!
Loved the apartment and the location!! Having access to parking was a plus!! The only thing I would improve on, would be the very hard beds.

Wonderful apartment
Plenty of room and very close to all landmarks and the beach. We had a wonderful stay .
You need a nespresso coffee machine and a hot water kettle. Also more tea towels and more toilet paper.

Perfect location based in San Sebastián
Proximity to San Martin market and many good tapas bars. Comfortable and quiet rooms
Found grease marks on some (clean) bowls and glasses in the cupboard. Not a big issue but maybe cleaners can check them as well after each stay.
More towel hooks in bathroom would be great as there's 2 in on-suite room but only 1 hook. Slight inconvenience.
