This tiny house is a little gem in the heart of Poggio Mirteto - one of the main towns in the Sabina area with all necessary services. The house has just been converted into a holiday home from an old workshop and everything is sparkling new and clean. It is small but can host up to four people, although the second double bed is a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. The view is not the best in the area but the house is completely private and has a 180 degree frontal view. There is a back entrance from the main square (50m away) and at the front there is a private parking area with a stair-free entrance.

There is a front terrace (very sunny) and a sitting area on the roof of the house. Both areas have yet to be landscaped and fully furnished and this is our next project. However guests are free to relax on the roof and terrace and enjoy the stars.
