Our Executive villas are adorned in shades of grey and white with hand-picked minimalistic decor. We offer two one-bedroom Executive Villas, one with a 50 square meter indoor cave plunge pool and the other with an outdoor plunge pool. Both villas feature semi-private terraces with unobstructed sea and sunset views, outdoor furniture, comfortable sunbeds, king-size beds with anatomic mattresses, flat-screen Smart TVs with satellite channels, autonomous air conditioning, laptop-sized safes, and other luxurious amenities.



Our villas are located in the charming village of Finikia, Oia, just 1 km away from the town center (approximately a 15-20 minute walk) with a variety of shops, galleries, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. Within a few minutes walk from the property, you will also find local restaurants.

Not quite the view expected but great hospitality.

Pictures on the listing are not quite the specific villa we had(a few were just not all). Hospitality and communication were great. Need another trash can in room other than one in bathroom. The porter was so helpful. Good breakfast brought to the room.

Finikia Cave

This was our first visit to Santorini. The location of our cave was in Finikia a 10 min walk from Oia. Upon arrival we were met by a porter who transported our luggage up to our cave villa. The pathway to the villa is uneven cobblestone with many stairs. For individuals with accessibility issues it would not be possible to use this walkway. The cave rooms were aesthetically pleasing but came with a number of issues. First, the villa was booked due to its luxury patio and hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was lukewarm and unable to be used in the evening with the cooler temperatures. Second, the mattress were extremely firm (like sleeping on the floor) and we struggled to sleep soundly. Third, the showers did not have hot water and the rain shower in the second bedroom did not work. Lastly, the VRBO posting did not clarify that the second room was a standalone cave with a separate entrance. This would have been an issue if the booking was made for a family with children. Despite all the issues, the property manager was available and responsive to our requests although was unable to fix any of these issues.
