The property is just renovated!! Finish 30 of April!House is on the beach!! Front from the house is a small traditional harbour where you can easily buy fresh fish every morning! At the left and the right side from the house only few steps away are 2 sandy beaches with swallowing waters.
The perfect place for families!

Monolithos is very close to everywhere you want to go.

All towels and linen are included. Even beach towels we provide!
Washing machine available in the house.

Great Stay

Fantastic house with all you need. The beach although others are very scenic was sandy and mainly locals which we preferred to the more touristy areas. Great place to stay and day trip to other places as no where is far to drive on the island. Hosts were very attentive. Local restaurants were all very good and more authentic in the village. Great holiday home and location and convenient for the airport when arriving and leaving.

Great location across the road from the sea. Gabriel and Anna were excellent hosts. Beautiful sunrises and a quiet area. We recommend to anyone planning a trip to Santorini.

From the help we received organizing family activities from the host beforehand to the lovely property and stay we really enjoyed our holiday. Monolithos (and beach) are perfect for families and the home made for a perfect setting for a family holiday

I can't say enough good things about this little slice of heaven on the beach. We initially thought we'd stay in Fira or Oia for our 5 days in Santorini. I am so glad we decided to stay here, on the beach, just 15-20 minutes from each town. We used our rental car to explore the island for our various activities, but coming home to this place to enjoy the beach and beside restaurants was the perfect ending to our busy days. 4 adults and one kiddo slept perfectly. The sun rises right outside the outside terrace. We would definitely stay here again!

AHHHHH-MAZINGLY FABULOUS RELAXATION LOCATION!!!

My husband and I had the most amazing time.It is a fabulous location, wonderful accommodations. The hosts were so fantastic at securing us a rental car, a personal cooking class with a local chef, and general Q&A from us about what to do, where to go etc. When we return to the island we most cettainly will return to this Lovely Home!

Gabriel’s House

Truly lovely house steps from pretty beach, close to good restaurant. Gabriel is very responsive and helpful. The outside veranda is especially relaxing. We had a wonderful stay.

House is right on the shore, steps from the beach. Out of the main tourist areas, but easy to use bus system to get anywhere on the island. Gabriel's house is nicely updated and he and Anna were good at commun- ication.

Excellent stay

The home is wonderful. The location is quiet and peaceful but you must have a car to get anywhere. There is very little to do on the island during the winter months and the ocean is very cold. Perfect for anyone that wants to unplug for a few days. Host fixed hot water issues immediately and was very friendly.

Gabriel’s home is lovely and complete with everything we needed for our stay.

We were five women staying for 5 days. Gabriel’s patio overlooks the sunrise and a small fishing marina. The small village has restaurants and a minimart and wonderful swimming. We enjoyed our stay very much. Katerina helped quickly with all our needs! Thank you for this relaxing and beautiful stay.

Amazing Little place!

Very nice house and location with an amazing on-site team. The concierge staff went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. She also was amazing in helping us locate a left behind item and having it shipped to us. Truly remarkable!!

Fantastic home on water

The stay was great except for the smell from dredging. Gabriel had not control over when the dredged the harbor. Great place. Great host.

Perfect for family with you children

Beautiful quiet location, very close to 2 beaches, restaurants, bar and mini-market, all within 3 minute walk. Lovely sea and harbour view from the living room and terrace. Perfect place to chill, not many tourists. Gabriel was a good communicator and with Katerina made everything easy.

Wish we had booked for longer

The property had everything you could possibly need. The location is away from the hustle and bustle but has a beach, a good restaurant on the beach and a well provided mini-market. The host could not have been more helpful.

Paradise

We could not have picked a more perfect place to spend an amazing 2 weeks plus with my husband, mother and my sister. Easy access, amazing views, great places to eat and a fun beach to play in the waves. Morning sunrises were spectacular and evening sun sets from the pier equally awe inspiring.
