3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with shower), big and bright living room with dining room, kitchen and closet.
2 sea-view balconies (bedroom and living room).
Air condition, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dish washer, oven, kettle, fridge.
Bed sheets, towels are included.
It is located at the third floor (without lift) of a condominium.
On request, available box underground to park small-medium size car. (with extra prize payment in loco).

The most perfect location!

The apartment was clean and all of the little terraces were lovely. But the best part was the location, which was just a short (level) walk from the train station and beach. After seeing so many travelers haul their bags up the steep hills of the Cinque Terre towns, we were so grateful of our location. Plus it was on the edge of the busy-ness and away from the day trippers seeing old town. And of course, Cinque Terra was gorgeous and full of character, just as we hoped for!

I'm on sticks!

Well located on the flat part of a very hilly coastline. Three flights of stairs are a challenge but I can navigate stairs better than gradient.

A magical place

I cannot say enough good things about our stay in Monterossa. I booked Gianluca’s apartment months before going to Monterossa. I corresponded with Gianluca asking him so many questions about Cinque Terra and how to get there once we landed in Milan. When we finally met it felt like seeing a friend. He gave us great directions to apt and met us upon our arrival. He was so helpful with all my questions and always answered in a timely manner. I had asked him about a boat cruise months before our stay. My family booked a boat cruise and during the time we were there he cautioned me that the boats were not going out because of choppy waters. I mean, the fact that he’s letting me know and remembered we were wanting to do a boat cruise. He gave me recommendations on where to eat. We had the best pizza in all of Italy in the town of Manarola per his recommendations. He treats his guests like friends. The apartment was wonderful and perfect for my family of 7. It was so clean, the two bathrooms had wonderful showers and so clean, had air conditioner that kept us comfortable through the night, beds were comfortable, and had all the comforts of home. It was nice and roomy for the 7 of us and we never felt crowded. And we didn’t go up 100 steps to get to the apt. Like my daughter and friend had to do during their stay in Cinque Terra. Our view was wonderful from the balcony. It was so lovely to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view while drinking an early morning cappuccino and wonderful Italian pastry from a bakery around the corner. There is a grocery store right in front of the apt. The location was wonderful. Throughout our time in Italy Gianluca’s place was our favorite. In fact, our stay in Cinque Terra was our favorite place on our trip to Italy. It’s a magical place and our stay in Gianluca’s apt.made it feel that much more magical. The seven of us did not want to leave. Don’t hesitate to book Gianluca’s apartment. Our stay here was perfect!

APPARTEMENT très confortable

Nous sommes 7 jours et avons pleinement profiter du lieu. La proximité du front de mer, rare dans ces villages, des excursions, de 2 épiceries, des nombreux restaurants ont été à la hauteur de nos souhaits. Manquait juste un ascenseur, mais comme nous étions là pour la marche, interdiction de se plaindre.
