We are pleased to inform you that the villa from the 2023 season has direct access to the beach within the plot.
Our beach below the villa has two umbrellas and four sun beds for private use by our clients.
Near to our villa located Halikounas beach (10 min walk), recently described in Forbes magazine as one of the top 10 safest beaches in Europe for safe social distancing.

Newly built contemporary villa, with a minimalist design, build with of the best materials and equipped for all your needs to enjoy this luxurious accommodation in a wonderful location by the sea.

This is an amazing 4 bedroom villa, providing full privacy, with a private heated infinity pool, direct beach access, Jacuzzi on the pool and playground for the children.

The villa consists of three floors: Semi-basement, ground floor and first floor which are connected by an internal staircase.
The Semi-basement consists of a bedroom with en suite bathroom, laundry room and Playroom for the children.
The ground floor is open plan and includes a fully fitted kitchen complete with all appliances, a dining area, a sitting area with, guest-toilette, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. From the main level you can enjoy direct access to the pool for relaxing and sunbathing.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a terrace with amazing sea view.
The Villa has Private parking, swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas, safe, air conditioning, wireless internet access, satellite TV. The villa It is just a 40-minute drive from Corfu Airport, a 15-minute drive to the supermarket and a great taverna just a 5-minute walk away.

The villa are ideal for all ages, are fully air-conditioned, have wireless internet access, a first aid kit and a safe. Four hair dryers are provided. If you are traveling with young children, let us know and we can offer you a chair / chair if needed.
The owner live within walking distance of the villa and personally monitor the rental of the villas as well as customer service, ensuring that their guests' stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The pool at this villa is fitted with a Pool Heat Pump and with an isothermal cover with manual roller, to ensure that the temperature of the water is perfect for swim even if the weather isn’t being particularly kind. Pool heaters can bring the pool temperature between 26℃ to 28℃ making it  warm enough for everybody to fully enjoy their villa.

Due to the hot weather in the peak summer months, the pool heating will be switched off. Hopefully the water will already be warm enough!!!

Our beach front of property with direct access (25 meters) is fabulous for swimming, with clear water, also about 10 min walk is the Halikounas beach (4km sandy beach) one of the largest and most beautiful beaches of Corfu - ideal for those early morning walks or jogging.

CLIMATE RESILIENCE TAX
As of the 1st of January 2024, the Greek government imposed a new tax known as the Climate resilience Tax which applies to all stays in short-term rental accommodation in Greece from 2024 onwards.
Owners of all short-term rental accommodation are legally obliged to collect from their guests the Climate Resilience Tax for all overnight stays (per villa) as follows:

Holiday trip Corfu

We spent a lovely week in Villa Nafsika. The location and the villa itself is fantastic. We particularly appreciated the large pool and the private beach where we took many nice dips. We ate at the nearby restaurant, 3 min to walk, on two occasions. They served very good food and nice treatment, a really cozy restaurant. Our host Gerasimos was always available and helped us with anything we wanted. We would love to come back at any time.

Fabulous villa, wonderful views. Very well equipped. Gerasimos, the owner, could not have been more helpful. Taking a party of 6 to and from the local village tavernas whenever asked ( taxis are very scarce). 2 local tavernas are within easy walking distance and were also excellent and friendly. Fantastic holiday in a beautiful setting

We had a fantastic week! The villa is immaculately clean and has everything you could need. The steps down to a private area on the beach were great and being able to swim in the sea as well as the pool was ideal for us. Our host was amazing. He organised transfers, a boat trip around the coast for us and a special birthday dinner cooked at the villa. We did not venture far- we made the most of the villa setting and very much enjoyed the local taverna. We did hire a car which was useful for shopping etc but loved where we were. If you like to be a little off the tourist track, in beautiful surroundings, this is the place to go!

All you need and more

The house is just as described. Very nice bedrooms with a bath each. A kitchen with everything yo need. The pool is perfect. And the little private beach is the cherry on the cake. Gerasimos was very nice and extremely helpful. He provided tips for restaurants and supermarkets.! He even delivered fresh bread if needed. The house is in a very quite area of Corfu. Not many tourist. There are two very nice and delicious taverns near by. And a beach bar with a marvelous sundown. For us it was the perfect holiday as we didn’t want to travel around but relax. I can clearly recommend the location for people who don“t need much entertainment or a near town.

Wir hatten eine herrliche Woche in der Villa. Super gepflegte Anlage, von fast allen Zimmern Blick aufs Meer. Gerasimos war sehr hilfsbereit und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Absolut empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr gerne wieder!!!

Perfect family vacation

This villa was everything as described. It was perfect for our family vacation with the large fenced yard and swimming pool, to keep our very active twin grandsons busy. The local tavernas, all within easy walking distance, were excellent. The beach was also easy walking distance and one of the best on Corfu. Gerasimos (owner) was exceptionally attentive, quickly responding when we needed him. He also provided excellent suggestions and help with car rental, boat tours and other sightseeing ideas. We would thoroughly recommend him and this property. We would definitely return to this place.

Fantastisk flott Villa med fin utsikt !

Villaen gir en følelsen av Luksus ! God uteplass med fantastisk sjøutsikt og horisonten ! Fredelig område og usjenert tomt ! Stort basseng og gode solsenger ! 3 stk Master soverom med fantastiske utsikt , og 1 stk fint soverom i kjeller ! Alle soverom har eget badrom ! Veldig omtenksom og snill Huseier ! Hus eier var veldig hjelpsom og var lett å få tak på ! Små restauranter i gå avstander fra huset , kan virkelig anbefales ! 3 km lang sandstrand 5 - 10 min gåavstand fra Villaen ! Veldig fin sand strand , med mye plass ! Vi var totalt 8 stk, Familie med voksne barn og følge ! Fantastisk opphold i Villaen, kan virkelig anbefales på det varmeste !

Fantastic location. Quiet. Spacious Villa

Its never easy making a decision on the booking looking at the photos but this luxury Villa was excellent and as expected. The owner even met us at the airport and and we were able to follow him to the location. It was an excellent stay for my whole family. We loved the Villa and the location. It was quite isolated as expected so a car is a must, Stunning views over the sea. The owner was really helpful as required. Overall, a great experience

Schöner kann ein erholsamer Urlaub nicht sein! Am Flughafen wurden wir von der Schwester des Hausbesitzers abgeholt, die vor unserem Mietwagen vorausgefahren und den Weg gezeigt hat. Ebenso wurde uns das nächste Dorf gezeigt, in welchem es einen Supermarkt und viele Restaurants gibt. Dieses Dorf kennen vor allem die Einheimischen. Der Vermieter kam jeden zweiten Tag und reinigte den Swimmingpool. Mitten in der Woche kamen die Putzfrauen, die unser Haus reinigten, uns neue Handtücher gaben und die Betttücher wechselten. Das Haus hatte WLAN, so dass wir jederzeit Mails empfangen und versenden konnten. Uns hat die Woche Urlaub so sehr gefallen, dass wir gerne wiederkommen!

Traumhafter Ausblick, sehr netter Vermieter

Vom Vermieter wurden wir bereits am Flughafen erwartet und er geleitete uns, nachdem wir unseren Mietwagen abgeholt haben, bis zum Haus. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich, dann sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und urige Tavernen leicht erreichbar. Unterwegs zeigte er uns noch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und wir konnten so den Kühlschrank füllen. Das klimatisierte Haus ist wunderschön an einer Klippe gelegen. Wüchentliche Reinigung des Hauses und Wechsel der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher ist inklusive. Toller Service. Der Vermieter ist bei Bedarf jederzeit zur Stelle und hilft mit Rat und Tat. Englischkenntnisse sollten vorhanden sein. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern auf der Homepage und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Pool ist gross und beheizt, was im Sommer kaum nötig ist und bietet ebenfalls einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Ausreichen Sonnenliegen sind vorhanden, der Whirlpool echter Luxus. Alles ist umgeben von Olivenhainen usw. Eine Oase der Erholung. Wir können dieses Haus und den Vermieter nur weiter empfehlen.

Beautiful house perfectly located

The house is as you can see on the pictures. 45'/1h from the airport, the location was for us and our family (4 kids) perfect, very calm and near from beautiful beaches. The view is obviously quite incredible in particular to see crazy Sunset. The house is reasonably well equiped. the owner and his family are very helpful and always available if needed. The garden is perfect for the children. We can only recommend this house. b

Der ideale Ort für Erholung

Nach fast verzweifelter Suche, da wir unbedingt unseren Hund Paris dabei haben wollten, gelang ich auf diese Adresse v Homeaway und dann ging es ab mit unsere kleine Familie nach dem Süden! Die freundliche Besitzer empfingen uns warmherzig am Hafen, wir wurden bis zum Urlaubsdomizil hinbegleitet, erhielten auch einige Tipps. Es war wie nach Hause kommen, dieses Haus, war noch schöner wie beschrieben, es fehlte an nichts bei der Ausstattung, sauber und gepflegt, die einrichtung clean, eingebettet im Olivenhain, umgeben vom Meer, soweit das Auge reicht, es umarmte uns mit seine positiven Aura... Der Blick beim Öffnen der Tür über die Terrasse, Infinity Pool, zum glasklarem offenen Meer, und das silberne Sonnenlicht, was später zum goldenen Sonnenuntergang sich verwandelte, umhüllte uns! In der Nacht strahlte uns von oben der Sternehimmel an, welche Kulisse! Was für ein Blick, welcher magischer Ort der Ruhe, nur das Rauschen des Meeres zu hören, und ... beginnen sich zu sammeln! Einen direkten Zugang ans Meer wird es ab 2012 geben, unten zur Bucht, dann wird es die perfekte Lokation! Dieses Haus können wir mit Sicherheit empfehlen, denjenigen der die Ruhe, die Isolation und die pure Erholung sucht! In der Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, sicher mit dem Auto größere Auswahl. Der Strand Halikounas ist ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, wunderbares kristallklares Wasser, feiner Sand... Überhaupt, im südlichen Teil befinden sich die schönsten Strände der üppig grünen Insel, obwohl der mehr touristisch entwickelter Teil, sich auf der anderen Seite befindet! Die wunderschöne "venezianische" Stadt Korfu, sicher des Besuches wert, ca. halbe Stunde entfernt! Wir danken die wunderbare Vermieter, dass Sie dieses schöne Haus, auf diesen Ort, für uns Fremden, zugänglich machten! Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, erholt, der Abschied fiel uns allen sehr schwer... Danke! Einen besonderen Dank von unseren Hund Paris... SICHER BIS SEHR BALD!

Wonderful sunsets at Villa Afroditi

The two of us had a fantastic 2 weeks stay, in this secluded villa paradise on top of the small cliff over looking the blue bay. A gentle breeze coming off the sea below was most welcome in the September heat (+30°C). The beautiful villa is modern, spacious, and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay no matter what time of year (full air conditioning for the summer and an open fire & double glazing for the winter months). The owners are most helpful and friendly, and was always there if we needed anything. For us this was a great location as it is within a nature conservation area, so no big tourist developments around. It is good to have your own transport. 1km away from the villa is the 2km sandy expanse of Halikunas beach, which we enjoyed walking most days. We loved coming back to the villas late afternoons to be rewarded with stunning sunsets while dinning out on the veranda. A perfect way to end the day…!

Es war traumhaft, das Haus ist das beste auf der ganzen Insel, der Pool herrlich warm und sauber mit einem fantastischen Ausblick auf das kristallklare Meer.Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Herrlich auch die nahegelegene Taverne Spiros und das Dorf, ohne Touristen-Rummel. Hier kann man noch Griechenland pur erleben und in der Dorftaverne gut essen. Der gemeinsame Grillabend mit unseren Vermietern bleibt uns sehr positiv in Erinnerung. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!!!

My vacation with family

Hi, my name is Alexandra. I live in Saint-Petersburg/Russia. I spent on this amazing villa two weeks. Me and my family rent it all. Both villas are just incredible, everything inside and outside looks exactly the same way as you can see it on pictures. Honestly, I was shocked when I arrived there. Everything was so clean, brand new and beautiful! Starting with the airport the owners were very nice and helpful, they met me and my family, rent for us a car, scooters and showed us markets. They gave us a maps and were always on the phone, so if we needed smth they were there for us. The villa locates on the break by sea. The view is amazing. Its not my first trip to Greece but when I woke up and saw the view from my balcony in the first morning I was speechless!! If you are romantic person you will be pleasured by laying on the longchair and counting endless stars. The beach is 5-10 minutes to walk. The vacation went super fun and good. If you want to spend the best vacation with you family or friends I advise this villa for you!!

Great Greek Island Vacation!!!

We stayed here for one week and absolutely loved everything about it. The Villa is somewhat secluded from the city but that added even more to the value of our vacation. The beach below the Villa was ours alone with crystal waters and beautiful views. The Villa is exactly as the pictures, modern, extremely clean and very comfortable. The owner is a nice guy and very helpful. If you are looking for a beautiful vacation getaway this is the place. There is wireless Internet in the house as well which makes it convenient.

Una vacanza perfetta in una villa perfetta

Se si vuole stare lontano dal mondo ma senza farsi mancare niente, questo è il posto giusto. Tutto come da descrizione e come le foto dimostrano. Niente è stato lasciato al caso, ma ogni dettaglio è stato costruito con cura e ha il suo perché. Ideale sarebbe affittare entrambe le ville se si è in 3-4 famiglie, cosi si può togliere il muro divisore portatile e ti trovi di fronte due piscine e l'imbarazzo della scelta se tuffarti sul una o sul altra. La disponibilità del proprietario per venirti incontro è come in un film di fantascienza, tu li scrivi un sms e lui si teletrasporta da te in 5 min. Da qualsiasi parte voi arrivate(porto di Lefkimmi, Kerkyra o aeroporto di Kerkyra), lui vi aspetta li. Quindi disponibilissimo. Vi serve per forza l'auto. A 7 km dalla villa ce tutto, ma vi assicuro che la voglia di uscire da li sarà poca. Ideale per adulti, ideale per bambini, ideale per adulti e bambini insieme. Se avete con voi dei neonati, comunicatelo prima e troverete al vostro arrivo anche il suo lettino bello pronto e pulito. Che altro dire? Avete mai provato a cuocere le costolette di agnello nella griglia di bb mentre state seduti a bordo piscina navigando in internet con il mediterraneo di fronte a voi? Qui potete farlo.

Besser geht´s nicht!

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern im Juli 2011 für 2 Wochen dort. Das Haus war superchic und wir haben es genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt vorgefunden. Selbst der Rasen war im griechischen Hochsommer genauso grün. Die Lage war perfekt sowohl was die Aussicht aufs Meer als auch die Aktivitäten in der Umgebung angeht. Ab 2012 soll auch ein direkter Strandzugang vom Grundstück möglich sein. Die Ausstattung des top-gepflegten Hauses und besonders der Küche ließ auch für Anspruchsvolle keine Wünsche offen. Alle 2 Tage wurde der Pool und zweimal in der Woche das gesamte Haus gründlich einschließlich Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher gereinigt. Der nette Besitzer kümmerte sich fürsorglich um uns, war jederzeit ansprechbar und erfüllte uns alle Wünsche im Handumdrehen. Wir wurden von ihm persönlich vom Flughafen abgeholt und nach Übernahme des Mietwagens zum Ferienhaus (30 Minuten Autofahrt) geleitet. Am nächsten Tag führte er uns zu allen wichtigen Orten wie Supermarkt, Tavernen etc., so dass wir uns ohne Eingewöhnungsprobleme vom ersten Tag super erholt haben. Im Preis waren alle Leistungen des Vermieters vor Ort inkl. Endreinigung, Internetnutzung per W-Lan, Stromkosten (Klimaanlage in allen Räumen) und von uns zerbrochene Gläser eingeschlossen. Wir haben dieses traumhafte Haus für 2012 wieder gebucht.

Phantastisches Haus mit perfektem Service

Das Haus und die Lage sind ein Traum, zum Strand ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß, die Besitzer tun alles dafür dass einem wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub nichts im Wege steht. Einfach ein kleines Paradies auf Zeit.
