300 year old Cottage in Sibton Green

Mistletoe Cottage is a one bedroom self contained 18C cottage,(approx 1720) perfectly situated for exploring the wonderful Suffolk coast or going inland to explore the inner beauty of Suffolk's hinterIand. With Southwold, Aldeburgh being easy 20 minutes away and the RSPB reserve at Minsmere within 6 miles. The lost city of Dunwich, once the capital of East Anglia and at one time a port similiar in size to C14 London. Framlingham has more than once been voted the best place in UK to live, with it's C13 castle and where Mary Tudor was crowned Queen of England.
In nearby Wenhaston Church there is a C16 panel (Doom) painting of the "Last day of Judgement"
The Snape Maltings Concert Hall is 10 miles away, host to the world renowned Aldeburgh Festival each June and their Proms season for the whole of August. The wonderful easy cycling country, we are on a designated cycle route, there's always somewhere to visit or to do.

NB: Please note that the cottage is nearly 300 years old with low ceilings/doors and a steep narrow staircase, so sadly is not really suitable for those with impaired movement. Our 6 year old grandaughter said once "Granny these are stairs are too small for my feet"
