302 Pelicans Landing is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps 8 in beds.This top floor unit has an elevator and two assigned parking spaces. It is conveniently located at south beach less than a block from the ocean near the Pier. (It is a 2-3 minute walk) Once you are parked, you can walk to most of the shopping, dining and entertainment on South Beach.

The Master has a king bed, en suite bath and access to the covered balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two double beds. These two bedrooms share the hall bath.

There is a washer dryer in the unit plus an iron and ironing board.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless appliances and granite counter tops.
There is comfortable seating in the living room and the dining table seats 6 with seats available at the breakfast bar. The covered balcony is accessable from both the living room and master and has a love seat, chairs and a table.
There are two assigned covered parking spaces in the garage. There is an elevator.

We share a junior olympic sized pool with the property next door. It is the largest pool on Tybee and was just refurbished this year.

This property was absolutely everything we expected had a coup of minor issues but the manager was super supportive and helpful and even had a back up plan incase the issues were not resolved. Excellent pier and beach access! We will be booking again!!

Great location for walking to pier, restaurants, etc., outside of building could use some cleaning and repairs. Take hangars with you, we had to buy them. Only had one key, made it difficult for 5 people to come and go.

We had a wonderful stay at Pelicans landing!! The location was perfect for our family! Easy access to beach, bars, and restaurants. The condo was clean and accommodated all of us nicely!

Still a great trip

So despite the fact that there was a double booking and we didn’t actually stay in the condo we booked, the trip was great and the managers did everything they could to make sure we still had a great trip. At 10 pm the night before check in we were informed of the mix up, but they had already found us another location to stay in and made the transition seamless. They even went out of their way to find us an extra parking place.

Saved the vacay!!

Our original condo, with another owner, was an unpleasant experience. VRBO worked with us and found us this amazing unit. It was so spacious and just a short walk to everything Tybee has to offer. We were able to get in quickly, and one of the owners even stopped by to see how we liked the unit. Also, there was no noise from other units heard in ours. This will definitely be on our radar for future trips!
