Stay just two houses away from the 13th Green of Seascape Golf Course and a short walk to the ocean down the street!

The Country French charm of this brick home and semi-circular driveway with loads of parking await you. Prepare your gourmet meals or serve your takeout on the large center island of the open concept kitchen. Large L-shaped couch with chaise lounge faces the expansive deck with chairs for eight and barbecue. Below that deck, look out to the peaceful trees and enjoy the privacy under the large striped umbrella.

Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with two separate sink areas, a bathtub and grab bars for your convenience. Adjacent bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed and share a hall bathroom with shower stall. Remaining guests can sleep on an air mattress, which we provide. Washer and dryer on site for those beach clothes!

Though not listed, they had a few chairs that could be used on the beach. The walk to beach was approximately 15 minutes with sidewalk most of the way. Only downside was couch had areas that my daughter bruised her knee on. Had a sink issue and they responded very quickly and had it solved. Very pleasant to deal with. Neighborhood very quiet.

Overall, the location was great and extremely convenient for the wedding. The house was spotless and clean, and we loved almost everything about it, with a few exceptions that I think are worth mentioning given the cost.The bed in the primary bedroom is unbelievably soft. I wasn't even aware they made beds that soft. Whether it is designed that way or simply worn out, I ended up with extreme neck and back pain from sleeping on it. The primary bedroom shower also needs attention. The shower head is only a couple of feet above the spout. I don't know if the bathroom was originally set up for someone who was disabled and using a shower chair, but both my wife and I had to crouch to shower. My wife actually ended up showering on her knees. Never seen anything like it.The other shower has a better-positioned shower head, but the stall itself is extremely small. Between the two, the shower situation definitely needs some attention, as does the primary bedroom mattress.The last issue is admittedly a little nitpicky, but at this price point I think it needs to be mentioned. There are tons of towels and linens in the home, but the towels are well past their prime. They are worn out and really need to be tossed, recycled, turned into rags, or otherwise replaced. If you're going to charge what we paid to stay in this home for four nights, go buy some new towels.Other than those things, it's a beautiful home in a beautiful location, and overall we had a great experience.

Great house for families

The house provided a great experience in Rio del Mar. It was perfect for families, especially with smaller kids with the playground in the backyard. The house was cozy and had everything you need for a good stay.

Family Holiday

Seascape is great…

Family get together - bbq available with lots of dishes and pots and pans. Nice deck to relax and have conversations - Great location in Aptos near golf and beach. Very clean and relaxing! This is our third stay - will return again!

Wonderful house and hosts!

Perfect location to everything

Golf course view and family time

Lots of indoor space and lovely outdoor deck to enjoy the nice weather. Location is perfect for any golf enthusiast. Checkin and check out was easy breezy. There is some opportunity for cleanliness but overall good place to stay and we would stay here again.
