Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave beds that have been slept in unmade. Place dirty towels in a laundry basket and leave on washer.
Turn off heat. Make sure all windows are closed and locked.
Replace beach toys, chairs, barbecue to garage. Close garage door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours 10pm to 8 am . NO FIREWORKS allowed in Santa Cruz County Guests should take own food/beverage with them when they check out
Maximum parking 5 cars in driveway/front of house. No commercial vehicles, RV, boats, campers. Leave one parking space for owner. No garage parking.

This family home was purchased in 1960 and has been loved by our large extended family since then. Many celebrations have taken place in this home and it has always been a place of laughter, relaxation, and time spent with people important to each other. We are delighted to share our home with you and those people special to you. Enjoy the sound of the surf, sunsets over the Cement Ship, with a view of dolphins, whales, pelicans and otters.

Why they chose this property

Because our extended family enjoyed the beach so much, our grandparents purchased the house. Our uncle built a house on the street behind the house and a cousin lived in another house on that street so we always had lots of people together. With the peaceful sound of the ocean and the gorgeous view from the deck, living room, upstairs bedrooms we have always appreciated this special place. Regardless of the weather, this home will leave you relaxed and rejuvenated. The beach and area provide the opportunity to take in the outdoors and enjoy the ocean.

What makes this property unique

The central location allows you to head to Monterey or Carmel, to Nicene Marks, to Santa Cruz or to the Cement Ship. Hiking, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, bodysurfing, walking, sightseeing, and wine tasting are just some of the many activities we enjoy in the area. Unobstructed view of Monterey Bay from Monterey to Santa Cruz. Easy to walk to various eateries, walk to the beach, easy on and off the freeway.
