Perfect location for Villa La Cigalette with private pool and garden, near a sandy, local beach and restaurants. Seafront house, free fiber-Wifi, A/C in the entire house, parking in the property. Modern house on 1 level.
The villa is located 20 m from the sandy family beach, in a charming and kids friendly environment. Behind the house start many hiking and mountain biking trails for wonderful walks and hikes. The house is composed of a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a 2nd bathroom with shower. A sofa bed in the living room offers another comfortable sleep possibility. Fully equipped open kitchen with all modern appliances and outside BBQ area.
Reversible AC system in the entire house. The pool with roman steps is securized by an alarm. Dimensions of the pool: 9 mt x 4 mt, average depth 1.6 mt.
Private garden, large terrace with BBQ area complete the property.
The pool and garden are cleaned and maintained by our pool man and gardener. Parking space within the property.

Cozy little house with pool in an excellent location.

We spent two weeks in this lovely little house in Théoule. Everything was clean and well equipped. You can grill on the terrace or swim in the pool. The beautiful sandy beach is 200m away. Direct view of the sea and the port. Parking lot directly on the premises. Very quiet. Fast Internet. Nice owner, quick communication. We'll be back and really recommend it.

Beautiful location!

My husband & I had such a wonderful stay here. It’s beautiful & the location was so perfect- so close to the water & nice for walks & hikes. We were hopeful for warm weather, but it was October so we weren’t able to use the pool or swim in the ocean. So, We took long drives to Provence & came home to our beautiful view & full kitchen to cook good meals & slept well. Our only hiccup the first night was we didn’t have the gate code & the two addresses was a little confusing at first with the back gate & front gate addresses. Gaia was wonderful & helpful with everything! We would highly recommend.

All Time Favorite

This is truly an amazing find. Even better than the photos. The house is fully equipped with anything you may need or want. A close walking distance to restaurants (including a Michelin star restaurant), hikes, the beach. The private pool is picturesque. You’re in the middle of everything while feeling completely private. The hosts greeted us upon arrival and let us know they were available if we needed anything and left us to unpack and enjoy. One evening of our stay they invited us to their home nearby with their beautiful family. This will be one of my favorite memories from our 3 week trip!

Gaia war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten beim Check-In, die sie innerhalb kürzester Zeit geklärt hat. Sie war jederzeit ansprechbar. Der Pool war wegen Wartungsarbeiten nicht benutzbar, so dass wir den Pool ihres gerade nicht vermieteten Nachbarhauses, der praktischerweise durch eine Verbindungspforte zu erreichen war, benutzen. Es gibt durch den Garten einen direkten Durchgang zur Strandpromenade.Das Haus selbst ist ansprechend eingerichtet, die Küche ist super ausgestattet (für Kaffeefreunde: Nespresso Kapselmaschine aber auch normale Kaffeemaschine und Mokkabereiter). Die Betten waren gemütlich. Bettwäsche und Handtücher (es stehen auch Strandlaken zur Verfügung) sauber und duftend. Es ist natürlich nicht alles nagelneu, aber es war alles sauber und zweckmäßig.Jetzt im Herbst haben die umliegenden Restaurants abends geschlossen, aber in den größeren Nachbarorten findet man genügend. Wir waren anfangs im großen Auchan in Napoule einkaufen, haben dann aber in St. Raphaël einen viel besser sortierten (Wein!!! Fischtheke!!!) Leclerc gefunden.Ein Highlight war die Wanderung am Cap Roux. Wir hatten leider nur Turnschuhe mit, würden aber Wanderschuhe wärmstens empfehlen. Das Haus liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Nizza, Monaco, St. Paul de Vence, Antibes, Saint Tropez, Port Grimaud), aber man kann auch einfach auf der Terrasse oder am Pool chillen oder an den schönen Strand unterhalb der Promenade gehen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Die Vermieterin war jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat sich vorbildlich gekümmert. Der Pool war sehr sauber, kleine Punktabzüge bei der Sauberkeit im Haus. Alles mit sehr viel Atmosphäre.

Herbstferien

So eine Bewertung hängt einfach von so vielen Faktoren ab. Von Momentaufnahmen, Eindrücke die im Herbst einfach anders wirken als im Sommer. z.B. habe ich mich in die Bilder verliebt als ich das Objekt gefunden haben. Bei bewölkter & regnerischer Ankunft wirkte alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen... oder abgelebt, verbraucht durch die Sonne und die salzige Luft... Vor Ort ist niemand (im Herbst!?), alle Infos kommen per Mail vor Abreise. Wegbeschreibung war super. Wir haben den Schlüsselcode für die Haustür erhalten aber leider keinen für das Eingangstor. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar, somit waren wir etwas verunsichert. Schlussendlich ist einfach einer über die Riesenmauer geklettert. Das Haus ist hübsch. Gewisse Aussenmöbel recht abgenutzt durch die Sonne, die salzige Luft. Küche bietet alles was man braucht vor allem einen grossen Kühlschrank. Sehr praktisch wenn im Ort alles geschlossen ist und die Einkaufsläden nur per Auto erreichbar sind. Gemäss Infos, würde der Pool einmal in der Woche gereinigt. Na ja... unter sauber verstehen wir etwas anderes. Schwamm drüber, wir haben das einfach selber erledigt. Die Wasser Temperatur lag ungefähr bei 18 - 20 Grad. Nicht vergessen es ist Herbst! Das Meer war tageweise wärmer. Schöner, in Fussnähe gelegener, im Herbst, wenig besuchter Sandstrand. Terrasse biete einen herrlichen Blick auf den Hafen. Tipp; Morgens die Sonnenaufgänge auf der Terrasse vor der Haustür geniessen. Alles in allem hatten wir eine erholsame Woche.

Goldener Oktober am Meer

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche hier verbracht. Tolle Stunden auf der Sonnenterasse mit Wein und Meerblick. Glückliche Kinder im Pool und ein tolles Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. 21 grad sind für uns Norddeutsche gefühlte 27 grad😉. Sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nix! Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Why they chose this property

My husband and I have bought this property in 2006 and completely restructured it. We turned it into a fresh and bright holiday house on the sea. We have used it as family holiday home, but as we can't use it as often as we would like to, we would like to share it with our guests and hope that they will enjoy and love it, the way we did! It is ideal for families with kids, but also for couples or seniors. It will surprise you with it's fabulous view on the Mediterranean Sea!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the location of the house and it's surroundings and tried to make this house unique.
The villa is in walking distance from the beach and the local restaurants. Enjoy the great view, the relaxing time in our garden and pool and the amenities of the house.
I have travelled quite a bit around the world and I have stayed in any many different places, villas, family holiday homes, residences, hotels and apartments …. And every time I come back from another trip I have very clear ideas on what a holiday home needs to look like to make a vacation perfect.
