Perfect location for Villa La Cigalette with private pool and garden, near a sandy, local beach and restaurants. Seafront house, free fiber-Wifi, A/C in the entire house, parking in the property. Modern house on 1 level.
The villa is located 20 m from the sandy family beach, in a charming and kids friendly environment. Behind the house start many hiking and mountain biking trails for wonderful walks and hikes. The house is composed of a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a 2nd bathroom with shower. A sofa bed in the living room offers another comfortable sleep possibility. Fully equipped open kitchen with all modern appliances and outside BBQ area.
Reversible AC system in the entire house. The pool with roman steps is securized by an alarm. Dimensions of the pool: 9 mt x 4 mt, average depth 1.6 mt.
Private garden, large terrace with BBQ area complete the property.
The pool and garden are cleaned and maintained by our pool man and gardener. Parking space within the property.

La Cigalette has been part of my family since 2006. It's smaller than most villas on this stretch of coast, and that's deliberate — there's an intimacy to it that a larger house can't replicate. Same sea views, same Estérel light, same sense of being genuinely tucked into the coastline. Just quieter, more personal.
I know every corner of this house. I've stayed here myself, stocked it myself, and made every choice about it myself — from the white and lavender interiors to the way the sunbeds face the water. When you arrive, you'll find it the way I'd want to arrive: nothing missing, nothing to figure out.
I've been hosting on this stretch of the Riviera for over 20 years. I'm fluent in English, Français, Deutsch, Italiano and Español — write to me in whichever you prefer.
I hope La Cigalette gives you exactly what this coast gives me.

Why they chose this property

Théoule-sur-Mer sits where the Estérel mountains meet the sea — red volcanic rock dropping straight into water that turns an impossible shade of blue. It has none of the noise or crowds of Cannes or Nice, but everything you need is within reach: the market, the marina, good restaurants, and the entire Côte d'Azur when you want it.
We discovered it years ago and never looked further. The Estérel coastline is unlike anything else on the Riviera — wilder, quieter, more honest. That's why we're still here.

What makes this property unique

Every year something changes at La Cigalette — not because anything is broken, but because I've stayed in enough places around the world to know exactly what makes a holiday home feel special rather than merely adequate. Last year I replaced the front door with a glass one. Now the sea is the first thing you see when you walk in.
That instinct runs through everything here. The position is exceptional — 30 metres from the water, sea views from every room, the garden, the pool. But position alone doesn't make a house. The interiors are mine: white and lavender, light and uncluttered. The kitchen is stocked the way I'd want to find it. Nothing is an afterthought.
La Cigalette doesn't stay the same. Neither do guests' expectations — and I know that, because I'm a guest too.
