Looking for a villa located in an exceptional setting? Welcome to the "Terrasse des Issambres", a real favorite, magical by its simplicity and its breathtaking view.

Located on the heights of Les Issambres, this villa on one level has an incredible panoramic sea view on Saint-Tropez and its bay and a view on the Massif des Maures that you can admire the terraces, pool, lounge , bedroom, and garden.

Ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Very sunny with its south / south-west exposure, this villa of 100 m2 and a plot of 1200 m2 is located in a very quiet street in the condominium Dolmens.

The villa can accommodate 6 people (+ 1/2 children in bed umbrella) with its 3 bedrooms and bathrooms:
- a parental suite with its double bed and its bathroom,
- a bedroom with two twin beds
- a bedroom with a double bed
- an independent bathroom / shower ..

Each room has large closets and a wardrobe.
The house consists of a closed kitchen with direct access to the garden and a living room opening with large windows on a very large terrace overlooking the bay of Saint-Tropez.
The terrace overlooks a private pool of 9 X 5 meters (open from May 1 to October 15), maintained by a pool weekly. The pool is secured by a gate and an alarm.

You can rest in peace on the sunbathing of the different terraces of the villa or in the shade of a magnificent oak oak more than 50 years old. The house has also been built around.

Many services are at your disposal: TV, Wifi, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine / Senseo / coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, games for children, cot, high chair , electric barbecue, electric griddle, wood-burning barbecue, ...
 
To facilitate your stay, the beds will be made and we will provide bath towels and pool (beach towels not provided).

This unique villa is a 5-minute drive from beaches (public and / or private) and shops.

It is an exceptional place to enjoy the sun and the sea while being close to all amenities. The house invites to relaxation and rest.

Many activities are located near the villa (beaches, hiking, boat trips, water sports ...)

Home and departure
From 16h - Departure before 10h at the end of the stay.

As we are not based in Les Issambres, we will not be able to welcome you in person. Be reassured, a person of confidence and knowing perfectly the region will welcome you and will make sure that your stay is unforgettable.

Access of travelers
The whole villa is at your disposal, the grounds allow 2 cars to park - one under a porch in the shade.

Household
Cleaning is mandatory at the end of the stay (mid-stay option for rentals of 15 days or more) and is added to the rental price. We charge 150 € per cleaning session including the whole villa, laundry sheets and towels.
