Amazing location and a brilliant flat! This bright, spacious and modern flat on the 5th floor of a new apartment building comfortably sleeps 6 guests.
Conveniently located in the middle of everything so you can walk everywhere and yet still ideally separate enough to provide a peaceful and tranquil escape. Fully rest and recharge before conquering all that Old London has to offer!

**Enhanced cleaning protocols**
- Our professional cleaners will ensure that all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised
- We will ensure that the flat is "aired out" between guests according to CDC guidelines
Although the flat is located about as conveniently as possible in London between Shoreditch and the City, the fact that it is facing a side street and on the fifth floor means that it is away from all the noise and bustle of the busy city. High speed lifts mean that you never have to take the stairs.
A large master bedroom with a comfy king-sized bed and private ensuite allows complete privacy from the rest of the flat. The door closes and locks and the light-blocking curtains means that you can completely rest in your own private space.
A second bedroom with a double bed is perfect for the children or a couple. The living room also has a door and a large double sofa bed, which means that this flat can easily provide three separate and private sleeping areas for six adults, ensuring that all your guests get a good night's sleep.
The newly refurbished main bathroom is clean and modern and spa-quality toiletries are provided for each guest. Each guest will also receive two professionally laundered towels.
Wall to wall windows flood the flat with plenty of natural light. The windows look out onto the roofs of the other buildings and provide a great view of the city. However, the light blocking curtains in the bedrooms means that you can have complete darkness even in the middle of the day.
The location has some of London's best restaurant's at walking distance. A fully fitted kitchen means you can choose to stay in and whip up culinary delights should you wish after a long day of exploring the city. The TV has 105 channels allowing you to pack in all the essential entertainment and which means that the kids can catch up on their favourite shows while you unwind.

Guests will have the entire property to themselves.

* Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host of Airbnb
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
