Let me say we enjoyed the stay. The flat was clean and had a very nice layout. Location is excellent, about a block from Euston tube station and about 4 blocks from Kings Cross station. We did find that our master bath shower drain was plugged on Monday, the first time we used the shower. Frankie Says was notified that evening, but it was not repaired until Friday, after a second email on Thursday. A minor Item included a lack of 8oz classes in the flat. During the days leading up to arrival, we received multiple emails directing us to check in. This started about a week before, and we were not able to actually check in until the day before. Overall, I rate the flat an 8 out of 10.
This property was just as described, very clean and bright and open feeling. The kitchen was well-equipped thought we did not cook any meals there. We were delighted with the prime location within an easy walk to several transportation options and points of interest. We found it surprisingly quiet, given the proximity to all London has to offer.

Needs some updates
Bedroom carpets could be replaced. Stains on some furniture. No hooks in bathrooms for towels. No soap dish/ledge in showers to hold soap & shampoo. Kitchen & bathrooms were nicely updated and clean. Fans available for warmer weather. Fantastic location close to both Euston Station & Kings Cross Station. Very easy to check in and check out.
The property is spacious, clean and in a great location. We found the beds to be uncomfortable with cheap mattresses. The overhead light in the main bedroom . flickered and one lamp in the second bedroom didn't work. The bar codes to access appliance instructions also didn't work. Radiator in one of the bathrooms was rusty. Despite the great location felt we were overcharged for the quality of the place.
The location of the apartment is strategic between Kings Cross and Euston stations.
You can find all services around you, including restaurants, groceries, and supermarkets.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth.
Upon our arrival, we found the apartment clean, the bed sheets ready and clean. All appliances working well, only the microwave, and they immediately brought us a new microwave.
Everything is provided: towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, umbrella, tissue rolls for the bathrooms and the living room.
The apartment is in a quiet building, and the neighborhood is also quiet.
We really had a great time in London.

Great location, convenient to St Pancras, Euston station and Kings Cross. Great to have a lift service in the building. Rooms and bathrooms good sized. Would definitely stay again.
