Nice Property!

This was a very nice location for us. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful views from the condo. Very nice updated kitchen. The downside to the condo was the air conditioning. It didn't work well at all in either the bedroom or the living room.

Nice location. A little dirty which was annoying since guests have to pay such a large cleaning fee.

Dirty. Probably won’t stay here again.

June 2017 Stay

The updates that have been done to the unit are nice and the ocean view is spectacular, but most of the living room and bedroom furnishings are very worn and the lack of a/c in the second bedroom was more challenging than anticipated. The downstairs where the bedrooms are is very dark and gets stiflingly hot even with the master bedroom a/c unit on. As mentioned, the view was spectacular, but we were unable to enjoy it as much as we would have liked to because we were scared to use the patio furniture that was rusted through. If the owners would repaint the unit, invest in new furnishings and an a/c for the second bedroom then we would consider staying there there again....otherwise we would not rent it again.
