It can easily be divided into two sections, for example, one for adults and one for children. One of the rooms, a connecting space, is equipped with a high-quality double sofa bed and links to the activity room and two additional bedrooms. The large 30 m² activity room offers entertainment for all ages, featuring a TV with DVD player, billiards, table football, and table tennis—ensuring plenty of fun for the kids and quiet relaxation time for the parents in the living room. The home includes a luxurious spa for unwinding after a day of activities, and guests enjoy free access to a nearby water park and bowling centre. This property is ideal for families looking for a comfortable, active, and relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. Please note: the house is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
