This stylish villa is located in quiet, natural surroundings, just a short distance from the beach. The spacious, fully enclosed garden offers optimal privacy, where both your children and dogs can play happily. Enjoy the various terraces and the covered veranda with outdoor fireplace and pizza oven, ideal for cosy evenings with family or friends.

The holiday home is furnished with care and taste, with an open kitchen with cooking island and a cosy pellet stove for a romantic open fire. Furthermore, the villa has two modern bathrooms, two separate toilets and a playful wooden bunk bed that the children will love.

The small-scale bungalow park is spacious and consists of only 9 bungalows it features a communal playground with various play equipment. Plenty of walking and cycling paths in the surrounding nature. Ideal for families and those seeking peace and quiet.

In short, the perfect place for a luxurious and relaxing holiday in a peaceful, natural setting!

Die Lage des Objekts ist sehr gut. Der Strand und ein kleiner Supermarkt (mit tĂ€glich frischen und leckeren Brötchen) sind fußlĂ€ufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Das GrundstĂŒck ist gross und komplett eingezĂ€unt und wĂŒrde somit auch von unserem Hund geliebt. Das Haus selbst ist komfortabel eingerichtet. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts zeigten sich aber SchĂ€den eines Wasserschadens an der Decke im EG. Es gibt einen sicheren Stellplatz in der NĂ€he des Hauses. Das GepĂ€ck kann mit einem Handkarren zum Haus gefahren werden. Ein 2tes Auto muss im Zweifel am kostenlosen Parkplatz im Zentrum abgestellt werden.

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war wie beschrieben, funktional und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders der große Garten war fĂŒr die Kinder ein Highlight – viel Platz zum Spielen, dazu noch ein schöner Spielplatz mit Schaukeln, Wippe und sogar eine Tischtennisplatte direkt vor Ort.Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt in Ordnung, wir haben allerdings selbst noch einmal grĂŒndlich nachgesaugt. Kleinere Abnutzungen an den Armaturen waren vorhanden, was wir jedoch als normale Gebrauchsspuren ansehen. Der Gartenbereich mit dem HĂ€uschen ist etwas verwittert, aber gut nutzbar. Durch die großen BĂ€ume ist der Garten eher schattig und damit kĂŒhler als der Spielplatz, was im Sommer aber auch angenehm sein kann.Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben das Haus fĂŒr einen Kurztrip ĂŒber Vatertag gebucht. Alle waren mehr als zufrieden. TatsĂ€chlich könnten dort problemlos auch 8 Personen residieren, sofern zwei Kinder dabei sind... Oder kleine Erwachsene.Das gesamte Interieur ist sehr geschmackvoll, stilvoll und gehoben und der große Außenbereich ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und einladendend. Eigentlich wĂ€re sogar noch Platz fĂŒr eine Fass-Sauna oder ein Jacuzzi oder gar einen kleinen Pool Nicht auszuschließen, dass wir nochmal wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir sind mit einem großen Hund angereist. Von der Buchung ĂŒber die Betreuung bis zum Objekt war alles erstklassig! Wir können das Haus mit Hund nur empfehlen! Großer Garten und schön eingerichtet. Es war etwas kalt und wir konnten uns am Kamin abends wĂ€rmen! Es war einfach schön!

Schöner Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war super. schöneres großes GrundstĂŒck, ideal fĂŒr Kinder und Hund mit Zaun drumherum. Schade das das Sonnendeck im Garten nicht sehr einladend war. Das Haus war auch super ausgestattet und genug Platz zum wohlfĂŒhlen.

Ok, aber
..

Wir hatten leider mehrere Hundehaufen von den Vormietern um Garten, ebenso vereinzelt diverse Bierflaschen und Bierdosen rund um das Haus
. die BĂ€der waren mĂ€ĂŸig sauber, aber gerade noch ok
der eigentlich gute Staubsauger hat deutlich bessere Tage gesehen, ist nun jedoch eigentlich nur noch Schrott. Da das Haus recht abgelegen liegt, wĂ€re es schön darauf hinzuweisen, dass in der dunklen Jahreszeit eine Empfehlung einer Taschenlampe durchaus angebracht wĂ€re. Der Grill ( Rost) war total versifft und somit unbrauchbar
 ein ansonsten schönes Haus, nett eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen, aber wir wĂŒrden es nicht noch einmal buchen
 p.s.: wir sind nicht wirklich super anspruchsvoll

Traumhaus

Großes, sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtetes Traumhaus. Die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Besonders die Kochinsel haben wir zum gemeinsamen Kochen mit 5 Personen gern genutzt. Toller, großer eingezĂ€unter Garten-perfekt fĂŒr unsere beiden Vierbeiner. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und nicht zuletzt prima Lage in direkter StrandnĂ€he (10Min. Fußweg).

De Oester 1 Woche Herbstferien

Es war eine schöne Woche in dem Haus. Das GrundstĂŒck sehr schön. Leider ist die Isolierung im Haus nicht so gut, so dass man alles von den anderen im Haus mitbekommt. Das ist aber auch der einzige Mangel. Ausstattung gehoben und alles da, was man fĂŒr das alltĂ€gliche braucht.

Wunderschönes Haus, Umgebung, Strand, Buchung - alles perfekt!

Wir 2 Erwachsene 1 Labrador genossen eine erholsame Woche im Haus und Umgebung. Der eingezĂ€unte Garten ist perfekt mit Hund. Die ganze Abwicklung Buchung, Angaben SchlĂŒssel ect war mit Frau Vorselaars schnell, genau und sehr kompetent sowie sehr freundlich. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, zudem fanden wir das es sehr schön praktisch und dekorativ eingerichtet ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Absolut tolle Location fĂŒr unseren Familienurlaub.

Zum ersten Mal in Renesse mit Familie (6 Erwachsene, 1 Kind, 1 Hund) Urlaub gemacht. Alle waren begeistert, sowohl vom wunderschönen Anwesen, mit einer tollen sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung, als auch von der Lage und den vielfĂ€ltigen umliegenden Möglichkeiten. Frau Vorselaars antwortete sofort auf Fragen und WĂŒnsche. Die Korrespondenz mit ihr war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein tolles Haus mit großem Garten und schönem Baumbestand

Sehr gute und freundliche Betreuung ab Buchung, ein wirklich schönes, toll eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Haus in toller, ruhiger und zentraler Lage. Die eigentlich sehr schöne ĂŒberdachte Terasse ist leider schon ziemlich verwittert und sieht dementsprechend aus. Wir waren mit sechs Personen dort und können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

klare Empfehlung

Wir waren eine Woche mit zwei Hunden in der schönen Unterkunft. Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen, da man höchstens 15 Minuten zum Strand lĂ€uft und auch schnell im Ort ist. Um das Haus ist es sehr ruhig und durch den eingezĂ€unten Garten perfekt fĂŒr einen Urlaub mit Hund. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
