Spacious and comfortably furnished family house, 10 min. walk to the beach

Pay attention to extra house information;
1. A maximum of 7 people, of which a maximum of 5 adults >25 years and 2 children (2-16) and 1 baby (0-2) are allowed
2. Unfortunately, groups / young people <25 years are not allowed in this holiday home
3. In this holiday home 1 dog is allowed, fee 35 euros.
4. Rent of bed linen is mandatory. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby bed. Beds are NOT made.
5. Renting towels is optional, costs 10 euros per set of two towels. Please notify us at least 1 week before arrival.
6. The deposit will be refunded to you as soon as possible, but certainly within two weeks.

Layout:
Holiday home Zee in zicht is a spacious, attractively and comfortably furnished family house with an ideal location near the beach. The detached holiday home is located in a green, quiet residential area on the edge of Renesse. You can walk to the sea within fifteen minutes. The center of Renesse with cozy terraces, restaurants and shops is less than five minutes by bike. 

You enter holiday home Zee in Zicht through the front door into the hall that gives access to the living room. Here is a cozy sitting area by the fireplace and a dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. From the living room you can go through the garden door to the terrace. The garden is completely enclosed all around. On the ground floor is a bedroom with 1 single bed and a double bedroom with a simple, small en-suite bathroom. There is also a second spacious bathroom. The open staircase (without child fence)  in the hall gives access to the floor where there are two more bedrooms.

Holiday home Zee in zicht is a family house, in a quiet area on a short distance from the beach. We recommend the house for families who may want to enjoy a modern and comfortable home with grandparents for example. The house is very suitable to live with four adults and three young children. A maximum of five adults and two children and one baby is allowed. A maximum of one dog is welcome in this house.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Haus. Kurze Wege zum Strand und in die Stadt. Das Grundstück ist geschlossen,optimal für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Hund. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Gerne wieder.

Es war alles in allem ein sehr toller Urlaub. Zudem hatten wir Super Wetter die ganze Woche. Das Haus ist wunderschön und mit dem allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles ist top gewesen Waschmachine, Trockner Spülmaschine etc.. in dem Haus ist sogar ein Bügeleisen 👍. Fön sollte man selber mitbringen. Genügend Stühle im Innenbereich und auch im Garten. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Alles war top

Gute Unterkunft

Sehr schönes, solides Haus. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben sind die bequemen Betten. Alles wesentliche, ( wie z.B. Geschirr, Betten, Waschbecken ) war sauber. Die Dusche eher nicht und den Trockner konnten wir nicht benutzen, weil zuviel dicker Staub an dem Kondensierer war. Auch die Waschmaschine haben wir lieber nicht benutzt. Trotzdem ist es ein empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus in super Lage und wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort.

Geschirrtücher vor Ort wären gut. Backofen nicht sauber. Fussmatten für die Bäder wären sehr gut . Sonst war alles sehr gut. Optimale und sehr ruhige Lage!!
