- 1 bed rural cottage, with 1 double-bed & 1 single sofa-bed downstairs. We accept babes in arms and children over 8years old.
- Secluded location, just 20 mins from St Ives & Newquay
- 1 en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower
- Private terrace, with outdoor furniture
- Pet friendly upon request
- Outdoor pool available to be booked (shared with host & available from 10am-4pm, June-September)

- Fully-equipped kitchen, including a coffee maker & washing machine

House Rules:
- We live onsite so are happy to help you with recommendations and help you settle in but you will also have your privacy.
- The pool is a large outdoor pool, but not heated (average 20 degrees) It is generally available from June until end September. Pool hours are between 10am and 4pm and by arrangement. The pool is shared with us.
- Pets are allowed at the property but prior permission must be required and fees apply. Max 2 dogs and dogs must be kept on a lead and not left in the property. A £25 fee per dog is charged for each stay.
- Check-in time is 3pm onwards and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free on-site parking facilities available at the property.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that your experience was not exactly as you had expected. In response to your comments we have no hidden charges for dogs. We state on all our sites that dogs are accepted with prior permission at a cost of £25 per dog, maximum of 2 dogs.
Our pool, is not heated and is only open to guests from June until September. As for a hot tub we do not advertise one.
Lastly, yes there is a low ceiling in the cottage as are many of the old cottages in Cornwall. Our dates back to 1880.
We do ask all our guests to make contact with us before their arrival so we can assure a comfortable stay and answer all the question they may have.
