Room was very nice and modern feeling. Pretty warm and had all the essentials. A little noisy from the alley, but that’s too be expected in the middle of the city.

The place was in a great location, near the MANN, close to bus and metro stops. The host was very kind and even had breakfast delivered to us one morning! The bed was comfortable. Appreciate the nightstands and bedside lights. The kitchen is very small, but had the basics for a short stay. The hotplate provided heats things very fast! The downsides- there is very little light, apartment feels dark. We had several leakage problems; the shower leaks quite a lot, soaking the bathmat after each shower. The hot water heater under the kitchen sink leaks, as does the refrigerator if not turned up high enough, which resulted in some of our food freezing. We woke to a flooded kitchen for the first several mornings until we figured out some work arounds. The toilet runs constantly. We let the host know, and he said he'd let the technician know, so hopefully will be addressed, but made for an uncomfortable stay for us. The washer was nice to have, but things took a long time to dry. Might be nice to have a small fan. The apartment faces right onto the street, so a bit noisy as would be expected, though not late and usually did not interfere with our sleep.

This was great for us as we do care about a reliable contact person and a clean place. Also near a subway station and we couid walk a lot. It is a tiny street, you can hear vespas passing every now and then by so I recommend earplugs for the night. There is not much of natural light, but we found it fine. There is a small kitchen area, fridge, table and chairs, good internet connection. The bed is confortable. The shower had a leak but could still be used fine. No hot water in the kitchen but we used from the bathroom. For us it was perfect.

Il proprietario è stato molto preciso, disponibile e caloroso nel corso del nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione dell'appartamento, giacché è situato in una via storica e tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dal cuore di Napoli. L'appartamento era pulito e profumato. Complessivamente, consiglio vivamente questo appartamento, anche per il prezzo molto competitivo rispetto alla media della città.

Kleine, aber sehr zentrale Unterkunft, perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt und super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Das Zimmer wirkt größer, als auf den Bilder, da es auch eine Kochnische gibt. Wir hatten entspannte 4 Tage in Neapel und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Es ist allerdings etwas laut morgens, aber muss man in Neapel in Kauf nehmen.
