Family Trip to Pescara

If you want the best andost spacious apartment, you definitely have to stay here at this one. Great location, very clean and truly a gem.of a place! We truly loved our stay here, beds very comfortable and bathrooms are spacious!!

Excellent place to stay

Nice place to stay! A lot of space, supermarket and night-food-truck in front of the door, coastline just a few meters away. They also provide a lot of info-material and a variety of basic food & drinks like coffee and cookies. We enjoyed our stay, warmly recommended.

Fabulous stay in Pescara

We stayed as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children under 10) for a week at the end of October. We had backpacks only and the apartments' location meant that the beach was less than a 10 minute walk and the bus into the city was right outside. Manuel was a fantastic host that helped us whenever we need help or advise. His responses were prompt too. Other than cleaning the shower ourselves, the apartment was perfect for our needs.

We are very sorry for the not fully positive experience despite no complaints or negative feedback during the stay in which case we would have tried to provide support. In any case, we would like to point out that all appliances are fairly new, none are very old; there is plenty of free parking around the property and in particular there is a huge car park with hundreds of free parking spaces about 4 minutes walk away. Regarding the dirtiness, we were only informed of it after the stay was over and after the review that it had only been spotted under the sofa, we would have immediately intervened with an extraordinary cleaning if it had been reported to us in good time. We hope to be able to satisfy you better on your next visit!

Site idéal pour de belles vacances

Rien que pour l’accueil ça vaut la peine d’aller au Anita Domus. Déborah, Aldo et Manuel forment une équipe formidable dévoués, gentils et très communicatifs . L’appartement est luxueux, très grand, bien équipé, lits , toilettes, lavabo et serviettes propres. La douche fonctionne bien mais aurait besoin de rénovation. Rien ne manque, tant à la cuisine que dans les deux salles de bain. L’autobus passe à la porte pour les déplacements et l’ascenseur permet aux gens âgés et avec enfants. La mer est à 4 minutes de marche, le supermarché est en face. Il y a une réserve naturelle à proximité et le stade juste au pied de l’immeuble. De nombreux restaurants entourent la maison, du chic au « junk food » et un commerce de café et gelato offre de fabuleux produits. Nous n’avons pas utilisé le lave-linge, la sécheuse ni l’air climatisé mais c’est un plus à considérer. Le tri des déchets est très bien respecté. Un magnifique balcon fait le tour de l’appartement. Personnellement j’épurerais les décorations florales, les coussins et tapis de sol trop nombreux et je ferais un grand ménage du printemps à la cuisine. Je mettrais les objets de valeur laissés par Nonna Anita bien en évidence et remiserais les ramasses-poussière inutiles. Bref, en oubliant les détails j’y retournerais sans hésiter c’est un magnifique appartement.

Wonderful stay in Pescara

November 2022 We stayed at this apartment in Pescara and must say how wonderful of an experience we had. The apartment was quite spacious, very clean, and centrally located in regards to all the areas we were visiting and the family we went to visit! The fact that we were able to take advantage of the washer and dryer (yay!!!!!) was such an added bonus! It is very close to the seashore, (maybe a simple 5 minutes walk) supermarkets and so many more entertainment places! We look forward to visiting family again in Pescara and will try to book this apartment again, for sure! The host was very prompt and accommodating with answering our questions. Great hosts! Great Stay!

Had an amazing time in Pescara. We booked this place as it was a short distance away from visiting family in Manopello. The apartment was very clean, and convenient to the grocery store and some local restaurants.

Excellent apartment, highly recommend it

This is a fantastic apartment, especially for a long stay (we stayed there for 4 weeks). It has everything you need to be a 'home away from home' and is in a very central location. Plenty of places to eat in the area, and staying in Pescara makes it very easy to drive to places such as Vasto, Caraminico Terme etc. The apartment is exceptionally clean and the owners very helpful and lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Schönes und großes Appartement

Wir haben knappe 2 Wochen in diesem schönen und großen Appartement verbracht. Wir haben genau das vorgefunden, was für uns versprochen wurde (Frühstück, große Räumlichkeiten, wunderschönen Ausblick). Es befindet sich am 3. Stock - Lift ist vorhanden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Bonus: Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Gelateria, wo wir von den Gastgeberin einen Rabatt bekommen haben. :)
