La ubicación nos ha gustado mucho y la atención recibida cuando hemos tenido algún problema también ha sido excelente. Referente a las instalaciones, esta muy bien pensado para entrar todos y que sea funcional, pero se ve que esta algo dejado. El A/A pierde agua, hemos tenido que poner un cuenco porque goteaba la escalera. El termo del agua caliente se enciende y se apaga con un interruptor que no esta señalado como tal. En el cuarto de baño de abajo y en el cuarto nos han comido los mosquitos tigre, ha sido un inconveniente y si se sabe que hay este tipo de problemas poner algunas velas o ambientadores para terminar con esta plaga.

Nice apartment in the downtown MIlan

It is very nice and clean apartment. Good location too. We enjoyed our stay. Reason for 4 stars (instead of 5): Apartment is owned/managed by the large agency (they manage hundreds of apartments in Italy) and check in process and communication is different from the typical check in experience with VRBO properties owned and managed by individuals. VRBO did disclose that check in process will be different. But, in reality, the process was quite confusing - getting notifications from the unknown email domain (i though this was junk email), no designated person to communicate with us and we had to pick up the keys at the office of the agency first - before we were able to go to the apartment.
