===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== Modern 2 bedroom apartment of about 85 sq. mt. located on the 5th floor of Palazzo Beltrade. Piazza Santa Maria Beltrade is located in a quiet and peaceful area just a short walk from Piazza Duomo. The apartment opens onto the entrance furnished with a coat rack. In front of the entrance is the laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer, and closet. Then there is the first bathroom, complete with a large shower. On the other side you have access to the living room with an open floor plan kitchen, equipped with induction burners, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, traditional oven, and microwave. The living room is complete with a table for 4 guests, a TV corner, and a comfortable sofa bed for one person. The first bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with abat-jours, and a large walk-in closet. Completing the apartment is the second bedroom, with double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a 3-door wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with toilet and large shower. From this second bedroom and from the living room you have access to the terrace, which guarantees a splendid view of the adjacent Temple of San Sebastiano and the condominium garden.
The apartment has air conditioning, flooring entirely in parquet, and a home automation system, which allows a simple and effective management of your home. AC system is centralized and works in the periods in which it is activated by the condominium: guests, during their stay, can just increase or decrease the temperature -/+ 3°. Internet A wi-fi internet connection is available throughout the apartment.

Super clean, quiet modern apartment in ideal location, short walk to the Duomo, Galeria. Easy access to Metro. Location in multistory building on 5th floor with elevators after a 3 or 4 stepssteps. up.

The apartment itself is overall very nice—fantastic location, quiet, safe, and in a well-maintained building.
That said, the management leaves a bit to be desired. Even a check-in just 15 minutes early comes with a €50 fee, which feels excessive. The apartment is missing some basic essentials that are typically expected in short-term rentals, like paper towels, salt, and other small conveniences. It could also benefit from a deeper clean, upgraded bedding, and a few thoughtful touches.
In summary: great apartment, but the management experience could definitely be improved.
Great location to Piazza Del Duomo and the Metro. Not close to Milano Centrale Station; but, easy Uber ride and/or we took the Metro with a 3-day travel pass (highly recommend) which made it easy to go everywhere. Safe. Clean property. Spacious. Updated. I really hate to give this property 4/5; however, I had to withhold the 5/5 because the air conditioning wasn’t really working. That meant we had to open doors to sleep at night because it was quite warm which meant neighborhood noise. I know. We’re spoiled; but, we paid for comfort and didn’t quite get that experience during our 3 night stay. No fault of the apartment rental company. I believe it was messaged that it was a building issue. Everything else was great.
