Nice studio in seventh heaven

Clean, well appointed studio in a great location in the 7th arrondisement, close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, and the metro. And the Eiffel Tower (no view!). Bed, ouch, 2 sinks, shower, kitchen. I did not use the kitchen but looked reasonably well-equipped. I would stay here again. All that being said, there is not one single piece of instructions on how to use any of the appliances including the tv. Any American who has ever tried to decipher the controls on a French washing machine knows what I am talking about.

Emplacement idéal - confort ok sans plus

Nous avons choisi cet appartement car il était dans un quartier dans lequel nous avions déjà séjourné. L'emplacement est idéal, près des commerces, restaurants et des transports. Toutefois, il y a peu d'eau chaude dans la douche ( contrairement aux éviers... ) et peu de clarté du jour dans l'appartement, car ce dernier donne sur une cours intérieure. Et pendant notre séjour il y avait des travaux, et des échafaudages qui me nous permettait pas d'ouvrir les volets et les fenêtres.

Terrible stay despite great location.

Amazing location for a terrible stay - so bad we left after one night! Photos are totally misleading. Not enough hot water. TV didn’t work, and when we asked for it to be fixed, they never did. Find somewhere else. We’re still trying to get our money back :(

Geweldige locatie.

Kleine studio vlak bij de Eiffeltoren. Restaurants, bakker en supermarkt op korte loopafstand. Communicatie verliep goed. De schoonmaak had iets beter gekund. Ik beveel de accommodatie 100% aan

horrible manager

I've been renting VRBO properties for probably 20 years or more. I have never experienced a property manager as horrible as this one. It started with my payment for early checkin. Twice after paying it he said it wasn't paid, including the day before checkin. He also was extremely delinquent in getting checkin instructions to me. Every other property I've rented has gotten checkin instructions at least a day in advance. In spite of repeated request for them I ended up getting them about an hour before we planned to check in. Totally unacceptable. As to the property itself, it's very spartan. No place to put clothes, no place to hang them up, and very little in the way of cleaning supplies. Great location, though.

Quirky but Great

We arrived late at. Ishtar. The five doors, three with security codes were overwhelming. Particularly trying to exit. But by day 2 we were fine. The location is in between two metros and located next to a grocery store and a boulangerie. I’d stay there again!

Great place

Great cozy place within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. Close to the Metro and small shops and cafe's. It took us quite a while to figure out how to get the hot water in the shower to work, totally operator error on our end, but would suggest there be a small instructions left for it. Highly recommend this location!
