Not Charming

I must say the host is courteous plus the location convenient to most of the sights if you like the fast-paced scene. I'm giving it a one because of ongoing construction outside my window and lack of clean space to live in, lack of dining area and security.

Einfache Unterkunft Super Lage

Wer sich mit einfachstem Standard und beengten Verhältnissenn arrangieren kann, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das große Plus sind der Preis und die Lage. Für drei Personen kaum vorstellbar für mehr als eine Nacht.

Nach 2 Nächten haben wir uns etwas anderes gesucht!

Positiv: Es liegt wirklich zentral Negativ: Es ist sehr dreckig und zerfällt nahezu. Der Boden war übersät von nicht richtig befestigten Tackernadeln, die "Küche" bestand aus einem vereisten Kühlschrank und dreckigen Geschirr und aus der Wand hing ein nicht isoliertes Kabel Richtung Metalbettrahmen.

Thankyou for your reservation. This is an apartment before renovation (scheduled for January 2022) and whose rent had been reduced by half. The apartment was cleaned before your arrival and you validated it upon entering the premises. There was a cup encrusted with tea stains and we apologize for that. Fortunately, there was no bare cable and the fridge was very cold.
