Its magnificent rooftop terrace has a solarium area, with wonderful views of the coast of Gran Canaria island. Next to its heated private pool with hydromassage jets, they make this property the ideal place to relax, enjoy the good weather and disconnect from the daily stress.- Canarian style house, central interior patio illuminated by skylight- Exterior, bright- Private Heated Swimming Pool** with hydromassage jet - Size: 4m wide x 2m high x 0.9m depth. Warm water: 28-29ºC. It is important to use the cover to maintain heat.- Solarium Rooftop with sun loungers- Mountain and coastal views- Garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue- 3-space garage- Fully equipped kitchen- TV, free Wifi- Ping pong table- Dressing room, closets- Residential area, quiet and safe- 300 m from the famous archaeological museum Cuevas de Gáldar- Surrounded by restaurants, typical bars and small shops (there may be some noise)- Pharmacy, supermarket, ATM, etc. Just a few meters away- Getaway to relax** The pool is free but heating has an additional cost per day, heating is optional**Pool and Garden Maintenance**- Starting September 1st, Westerling Jardinería, S.L. will be responsible for the maintenance of the pool and landscaped areas.- The service will be performed on Mondays and Fridays between 10:00 and 12:00.- During one of these two weekly visits, only pool monitoring and cleaning will be carried out.- We kindly ask you to take these interventions into account during your stay.
