Incredible Gulf/Sunset Views from all main living areas and MBR. This 4 bed (all en-suite), 5.5 bath home of 3966 sq ft is prime for relaxing or entertaining. Outdoor pool, gym, pool table, outdoor BBQ. All new designer decor, fully stocked kitchen, huge sub zero fridge plus second fridge. Separate Living Room, Family Room, Dining Room (seats 10-12) and eat-in Kitchen (seats 8-10). New flat screen tvs in all rooms (68 inch in Family Room/48 inch in Master). Huge King Master Suite with separate His/Her full bathrooms and walk-in closets. A further King Bed en-suite, a Twin Bunk Bed en-suite (4 single beds) plus a fully equipped office with a comfy queen sofa bed and en-suite bath.

Ideal location overlooking Lowdermilk Beach, which has a beach side cafe, playground, 2 beach volleyball courts, BBQ gazebos, chair/umbrella rental, and paddle board/jet ski rentals. First Watch restaurant located just outside. 4 min drive to 5th Avenue/3rd Street, Waterside Shops and Mercato/Whole Foods and a 3 min drive to the Coastland Mall/Publix. Please note there is a one month minimum stay off season and a three month minimum stay on season (Jan-Apr).

Naples across from the beach

Beautiful and spacious place across the road from the beach. They also have hardwire internet for work-not always easy to find. Quiet neighborhood not far away from plenty of restaurants, shopping and the pier. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to my friends.

We have curated our home to provide every amenity to make your stay comfortable and to feel like home. We have young children so the home is equipped for families as well as couples only.

Why they chose this property

Perfect location steps away from the new Four Seasons resort and south of Doctor’s Pass for easy access to Fifth Ave and Third Street, shopping, boating, etc. Amazing ocean views from all living areas, high ceilings, designer furnishings makes this feel like a full house (but with amazing views you can’t find in most free-standing homes). We love walking/biking down the beach to Fifth/Third Street for breakfast or dinner/ice cream (or walking downstairs to First Watch which is in the building), one can play golf, tennis and spa at the new Four Seasons which is a few doors down the beach, and the kids play soccer, beach volleyball, paddle board and jet ski at Lowdermilk Beach which is out our front door. We swim in the rooftop pool and use the exercise room almost every day and the kids frequent the beach side cafe (at Lowdermilk) for burgers, salads, hot dogs and ice cream. Easy access to Port Royal Club, Pelican Bay, or Grey Oaks Country Club. Full housekeeping service available on request.

Two parking spaces in locked garage under the building. On Lowdermilk Beach with all the amenities (beach restaurant, equipment hire, beach huts, etc). Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living areas, fully equipped office and full in-unit laundry room with second refrigerator and sink.
